The Official "Big Brother 12" Discussion Thread!

I agree they can be very annoying. But the house will be a total snooze. All that will be left is the brigade, Kathy who loves everyone, Ragan the brigade's gay lapdog, and Britney.

The Brigade is always boring and do nothing but high five each other about how cool and clever they are. Kathy just wants to hug everyone and lay in bed. Ragan and Britney being catty about Rachel will just be pathetic once she's been evicted.

I've watched all 12 seasons of this show and I've seen many poor sports, but NONE as poor as Rachel and Brendan. So glad one of them is going!

Wow. Rachel is such a bitch. I am glad Kathy stood up for herself and didn't apologize.

Jeez - I never had a guy's hotness drop that fast. I thought that Brendan was the hottest guy in the house, but not anymore. It is just so funny and obvious what he was doing when attacking Britney.

Just catching up on my live feeds updates, and saw that they had a sabteour message last night. According to the feeds - Enzo says the sab msg said "True love conquers all, dont sweat who goes home tommorow as neither may leave" or something to that effect .

If this is true, and neither Brendan or Rachel goes home tomorrow...I will be pissed.

Never Mind - Ragan was just in the HOH room alone and said that the Sab. message was a lie.

Kathy was a ROCKSTAR on last night's episode! I'm proud of her for not taking any of Rachel's shit and just walking out of the room, refusing to even fight with the bitch. Rachel is pathologically self-involved. She actually believed that Kathy shouldn't be happy for winning her round of the POV competition because she can't comprehend that rooting for her is not why other people are there to play the game. It's really that simple. She was disappointed and she can't fathom why someone else wasn't disappointed because she really does believe everything is about her.

Ragan made a great point that Rachel and Brendan are always jumping around, hollering and enjoying their own wins -- throwing it everyone else's face ("Floaters grab a life vest!" etc) -- and now they expect Kathy NOT to be happy she won her round of the competition?? What a pair of asshole poor sports! Rachel was basically asking Kathy to apologize for beating her in a competition. And even worse, Rachel specifically picked Kathy because she thought she'd be an easy beat. Turns out she wasn't bitch. Deal with it.

It's not like Kathy ran up to Rachel, pointed her finger in her face and said, "You're going down bitch!" Kathy was just happy for herself and she had every fucking right to be. Compare that to Brendan petulantly throwing a bowling ball -- after getting the lowest score of the whole game I might add -- off course, and almost hitting Jeff and Jordan.

It's clear who the classless jerks are in this game, and fortunately after tonight, there will only be one of them left.

I had to turn away when J & J were on...I cannot stomach them, so I missed most of the POV comp. oh well...

I love that Kathy showed some spine...just wish she'd show it more often. She's been such a disappointment.

Soooo glad that one of B & R are evicted tonight (I know...probably R) I just hope that BB doesn't fuck it up with a lame twist that keeps them both in...ugh. Their constant pillow talk is repulsive...he is so pathetic...she's loony!

I just want to make clear to everyone in this thread

If Rachel and Brenden were not the way they are...

I mean for God's sake look at how these mother fucking shows are edited, its not big brother its the Rachel show with a little Brenden thrown in there.

Are you kidding me?

What will they air? Kathy passed out in the backyard and Britney cannibalizing herself?

Only thing left in this thread is searching for Lane's shirtless pics (Found yay!!) and how Matt is a pedophile.

If BB knows whats good for them they will give the viewers something in exchange for B/R or risk having a show where literally everyone sits around plays pool, and talk about how good it is to split up B/R

Cuz lets face it unless the Sab has powers he is useless.

Its like Ragen is simply playing the game but it is broadcasted on a TV. Take the TV away and it is just a house guest spreading rumors.

Is this new to anyone? They have been doing it 11 seasons now and they did not need electronic devices.

I'll say it one more time : Leak a fucking DR session and turn the Brigade against each other.

Straight men yelling at each other is this shows only hope.

Yes. Ragan was in HoH talking with Matt and Matt said they should stick with the plan to evict Rachel despite the Sab message...Ragan agreed with him.

If Matt was going to do anything that would fuck up his or Ragan's game, Ragan would have steered him in a safer direction I'm sure.

I agree...I like the drama that they've created...every season needs the villain/hated ones to keep show, feeds and message boards lively. I find that Rachel is much more interesting and entertaining than Brendon is though and would like her to stick around for a while. I realize it ain't gonna happen though.

Brendon is pathetic...and not a good game player (to date anyway.) Keeping him in the house along with Lane, Kathy, Hayden, and Enzo just makes it a house almost full of drips. Matt, Brit and Ragan at least make some of it interesting (although Ragan really can drone on and on....) I'm dubious of any real entertainment to come.

Lucky you that you did not watch. You probably saved yourself tooth decay or diabetes because they are like a big dose of pure cane sugar, all sweet talk, and now kissy, kissy since they are going to get engaged - how long does it take for them to get married? That ending dr with them talking about the ring and Jordan sitting on Jeff's lap with that little kiss that made Brendan's kisses look like out of control lust. We all know how lousy a kisser Brendan is.

You know, couldn't Brendan get himself removed from the house (and put into the jury) by doing something drastic? His attempt to get out and save Rachel seems like it's sort of half-baked.

If you think about Rachel isnt as dumb and catty as you'd think. As a knee-jerk reaction she did nominate girls who were mean to her. But every week when it got closer to eviction she started to change her mind about who should go. On Monet's eviction, she really did want Matt to go but Brendan talked her out of it. That would have been her smartest move ever.

Then a few days before Kristen's eviction, she and Ragan actually both deduced there could be a boys alliance that involved Hayden. She wanted to get rid of him. But Brendan told her not to. He said Hayden was way too loyal to be part of a secret alliance.

At the end of the day it is her fault for listening to him. But she does actually have good instincts. And would have done far better were it not for Brendon.

Evidently Brendon is making some borderline homophobic remarks about Ragan. Ragan being the drama seeker that he is just went off on Rachel and her obvious insecurities. Brendon stood up for her by confronting Ragan and Britney, how manly?!?!

I think this should tell us that it takes one insecure person to poison the well for everyone, and I'm not talking about Brendon.

I would rather have Rachel in the house than Brendon. Brendon is less useless and exciting than Rachel who, by the way, is the star of The Rachel Show.

I agree aijalon, except for when Rachel almost put up Andrew instead of Matt when he volunteered to be a pawn. If Brendon hadn't done that, perhaps Kristen would still be in the house and the couple might not have been found out about.

See...now this is exactly why I wanted to avoid it...and now you go and give me the sickening play by play :grrr:

:p

And what's the problem with that?

Burning a girl with a cigarette and threatening that he would rape her wouldn't work I'm afraid #-o

I really thought Brendon was going to go OTT and get really personal, but unless he acts extremely obnoxious he'll just create a bigger target on his back and then be voted out next week.

While her instincts afterward were probably correct in each of those situations...I doubt in either case she'd have been able to get the house to vote the way she wanted. Votes to evict Monet would still have been Hayden, Lane, Enzo Kristen and Ragan. With Hayden/Kristen...the voters were dead set on saving Hayden (which was good for the brigade...sucky in hindsight for the rest of the house.)

I do agree though that Brendon's influences throughout, as well as aligning/showmancing with him, has hurt her game. The decision to pair up with him was the beginning of the end for her...dumb dumb dumb...although I don't think she is stupid. I do think she is narcissistic and catty amongst a few other unflattering qualities.

I can't stand Rachel -- I think she's nuts, pathologically self-involved, and annoying -- but I actually agree with you on this point. For all her flaws (and there are many) there are vestiges of good instincts. Rachel will usually hit on something and then Brendan with his big old arrogant dumbass self will talk her out of it. That is indeed her own fault but I have no doubt that she would have made some better decisions without him. He's a drip AND he has bad instincts.

That said, I absolutely do not believe Rachel would have made it all the way to the end (even without Brendan). Whether you agree or not, she's a narcissist and has a horrible drama queen personality that is admittedly entertaining, but not fun to live with. Those people are DYING to evict her because they seriously can't stand her. That would always have been her downfall, and if she somehow did manage to win her way to the end, she'd be lucky to get even one vote from the jury.

"Apologize to me for beating me in a competition!" Yeah...that kinda shit isn't endearing.

BTW, if you haven't seen it on the feeds yet, Britney and Ragan's AWESOMELY snarky talk show "Just the Tip" has become the highlight of the day in this (otherwise) dull house for many feedwatchers.
