Am I crazy or am I the only one here NOT hating on Ragan? Yes, he's gay an initially I was intrigued because of it but I actually didn't like him too much in the beginning. He had a quiet role but he was doing pretty well in the endurance competions (always a step under matt) so I didn't think he didn't deserve to be in the game. Obviously he's not the strongest player but I do think he deserves to be there just as much as Brendan.

Who cares if the sab position Ragan has is via video messages? I mean he probably rejected it anyways because 500,000 > 20,000 + risking your game play.... and then production may have convinced him to take it by offering him an easier route. Would that not be smart on his part?

Also, I hate Rachel because I don't believe that "what you see is what you get". She is bipolar when it comes to the game because when she has HOH or feels some safety you see her true colors shine (and she apologizes for it 5 mins later as if it makes it any better) but when she feels threatened shes a giant crybaby and pretends like she HERSELF is not the reason the whole house is against her. Um, make less enemies much?

I dont think rachel is 'homophobic' but if I were Ragan I would be just as pissed. What is this bullshit about Ragan "sucking at being gay"... lol. What does that mean? Whatever.

I like Ragan too. He's played a very good game: Throwing HOH competitions, but winning POV competitions when he has to. He's popular with everyone but Brendon, who's going home first next week, unless Britney is stupid enough to honor her promise to him (or he wins POV).

I'm also enjoying his crush on Matt, who's playing him perfectly.

Sadly though, if Brendon goes next week, Ragan and Britney will be goners, unless Ragan wins the second HOH next week and gets rid of Enzo. I doubt that will happen though.

The Brigade will control the endgame. I'm going to guess Lane and Hayden will be the final two, after they throw Matt under the bus and Enzo bombs out at the final competition.

Ragan is so annoying. He becomes more and more intolerable with every episode, and he is probably my least favorite Houseguest still in the game. It's a fucking joke that he won $20k for doing minor bullshit like leaving a note under somebody's pillow and it's even sadder that he thinks he's so great for doing it just because America voted for the most UTR idiot to be the Saboteur. Annie was screwed.

I didnt like that argument. it was silly. it was a totally unfair fight. Rachel is just not equipped for arguing like that. But it is typical Ragan to pick on the weakest, most socially inept person in the house to argue with. I bet that bitch wouldnt raise his voice to any of the brigade guys.

Things are getting good. I can tell because for the first time this year I was seriously debating checking the internet before the episode aired. I'm relieved my Brit is safe but I worry for her come double eviction week because should her plans succeed she'll need to rely on Ragan to beat Hayden, Lane and Enzo in HOH.

Matt showed some skill but I don't think he's quite as aware of how on the outs with his alliance as he should. But points for having two solid alliances that are gonna drag him. He needs to make sure that the sides trade wins to keep him safe. Also a foursome of L/B/R/M seems like a natural leap when the brigade fractures and I wouldn't be apposed to it.

Interestingly enough I still don't hate anyone this season. Brendon has left over Rachel residue negating him and Enzo just doesn't do it for me but no one really repulses me as they normally would.

I think it's funny how Brendon goes on and on about how Rachel is his one and only true love when she was actually his third choice. He first went after Britney, but that ended when she showed him her engagement ring. He went after Annie second, but when she didn't respond to his kisses and groping in bed, that ended too. Rachel was merely the consolation prize. He was bound to fall for the first girl dumb enough to say "yes."

Yeah well that's just what we saw when the feeds were up. Who knows how many other people he hit on first. Hey maybe it was Kristen and Andrew and Rachel's goodbye messages were only MOSTLY without context.

I think I'm rooting for Brendon to win POV.

Britney can keep him off the block initially and prove that her word is "good," ensuring a Hayden or Enzo eviction. Not only would she get rid of someone who's coming after her, but she would gain Brendon's trust and he would target Matt if he wins the next HOH. That's the best case scenario.

That sounds pretty much like exactly what I want.

No but seriously. Britney HAS to keep her word to Brendan. She has some self-preservation short term skills, but in terms of a long-term gameplay, she plays emotionally and if she continues to do so, it could screw her during the live eviction.

As you correctly pointed out, if Brendan is evicted this week, she would need Ragan to win the next HOH. Whereas if she kept her deal with Brendan (who is the type of player to reward that the following week) and evicts Enzo instead -- which should be easier because Enzo likely won't win POV -- then live eviction will play out like so for her:

Brendan wins HOH, he targets Matt/Ragan
Matt wins HOH, he targets Brendan
Hayden wins HOH, he targets Brendan
Lane wins HOH, he targets Brendan
Ragan wins HOH, he targets Brendan

It's the best option for her. If she even nominates Brendan this week, she's making a huge mistake.

I've just been aroudn this thread long enough that I'm just not gonna bother to argue or point out that just about everything they're saying about Ragan can be equally applied to Brit and yet the feminine gay guy is the one who is the cause of such ire on the gay forum... perplexing I know.

Well Hayden and Lane won't even play if Brenden's still in it. Matt, Ragan, and Brit as the only ones who feel unsafe will be the only one who attempt it.

All this being said an endgame looks GRIM for my beloved Brit. regardless of who she sits next to in the final two. She might be able to get the Rachel/Brendan package jury vote if she's up against a 'non-competitor' like Enzo or Lane maybe Ragan and Matt but those are the four votes she needs. Basically if she's sitting next to any of her allies she loses. So getting to the jury next to someone she can beat is bound to be an uphill battle... if it's even possible.

I agree Britney would lose to almost anyone but I believe she could win against Ragan. She'd have Lane for sure, both Rachel and Hayden respect her for winning comps more than Ragan (and Hayden has a better relationship with her and believe it or not, so does Rachel) and if we assume Kathy and Matt would vote for Ragan, that leaves Brendan and Enzo undecided. Brendan would be hard to predict that scenario (he may just vote with Rachel or vote against Britney out of resentment) but Enzo targeting Britney in the house is game, they get along fine otherwise and they've spent more time chatting and making jokes than Enzo does with Ragan. I honestly think she'd have a decent shot of beating Ragan and needs to get to the finals with him.

Didn't Ragan basically give Matt HOH that one week? I think he's one of the better players in there. Arguably better than anyone, except Matt and (possibly) Britney.

I've just been aroudn this thread long enough that I'm just not gonna bother to argue or point out that just about everything they're saying about Ragan can be equally applied to Brit and yet the feminine gay guy is the one who is the cause of such ire on the gay forum... perplexing I know.

I would appreciate it if you didnt continue to insinuate that people hating on Ragan just b/c he's feminine and we are self-loathing or hypocritical. He and Britney cant be compared equally. Much of my ire for Ragan is how awful he was to Rachel after she and Brendan comforted him through his endless meltdowns. That has nothing to do with him being feminine and gay. And plus I made it clear I dont like Britney's wonky-eyed ass either. So dont generalize.

Plus I dont like Ragan for worshipping Matt and seeming to care about Matt's safety in the game more than his own. Sorry I want to support gay people who have self-worth and self-esteem. I dont like a person just b/c they're gay. if they are a bad gay I'm not gonna support them. I would respect Ragan if he threw comps o Matt for strategy but he clearly threw them b/c he has a pathetic crush on him.

Ragan has already admitted last episode that he feels a lot of affection for matt in the diary room but he also said it has to do with how matt is playing for his wife with her disease. Yes, we as the viewers know this is false and look at Ragan as being stupid for believing it but I don't think anyone else in the house thinks Matt is lieing either... and the letter that Matt's wife sent which they heard him read out in the HOH room just so happened to make it sound even more real.

Do I think Ragan feels something with Matt? Yeah, I do. I also have a feeling though that Ragan would never take it to a physical level because he knows Matt is married so he controls his affection and channels it to the cause of Matt's wife needing help. You can't control who you have feelings for and maybe Ragan does have feelings for Matt (Crusify him!!! he's human?)... but as long as he controls them physically then what's really the problem? He has no idea Matt is lieing and nor do the rest of the house to my knowledge.

Truthfully, I am not a fan of watching a str8 man use a gay man in any way shape or form.

Ragan has won one PoV and then only because he had to win it or be toast. He gave up 2 HoH competitions to his man lust, and he could have been a lot better off if he hadn't. He would have had the DPoV if he hadn't of let Matt (the second time Ragan gave it to him) have the HoH. Both those competitions were suited to smaller people, so Matt and Ragan being the last standing was no surprise to me, just irritating.

Glad Britney won HoH and I can't believe that Enzo almost won. I was surprised that CRYBABY didn't win because he is so swift and sharp and knows everything about everything but just can't apply it.

Again, Ragan embarrasses me.

For the record, I know Rachel has her problems and is not the most likeable girl ever in BB, but the bitch played the hell out of the game even if it was always on edge. This season's first weeks would have been shit without her craziness. It also [provided some of the best drama.
