Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

No he made the dumbest move possible by even trying to win HOH. He was the only one without a partner. He was ZERO threat. No one would've come after him in a million years. He should've just waddled around and let the other intact pairs be threatened by each other.

In the heat of that, I'm pretty sure that if your that close, anyone would go for it. Adam's a wild card, you don't know what'd he'd do.

In my head i'm doing damage control. Let's look at the facts:

It's 2 alliances. The house is pretty much split and there are nine house guests remaining. One alliance is:

1. James/Chelsea/Josh/Sharon - Head of Household. They have the advantage this week and will send one of the other alliance members home.

2. Ryan/Matt/Natalie/Sheila. Two of those will probably go on the block and one of them will get backdoored and go home.

Depending how Adam plays a role, Alliance #2 will loose a member unless they offically scoop Adam up and make it 5. Regardless, it can go down to 3 if they don't grab Adam, and if they do, it'll be 4.

Let's fast forward to The Power of Veto:

James, Ryan, and Sheila will play since Sheila will probably go up. That leaves 3 others to play. It's sort of split down the line for the alliance's because that leaves the chance of Sharon/Josh/Chelsia to play as well vs. Natalie/Matt/???Adam???

I think odds are Adam will side with Matt and them. My personal guess.

When a member of alliance #2 leaves in the following HoH it will be:

Josh/Sharon/Chelsea/ and the other 4 depending on who's left. That's 3 vs. 4.

Honestly, an alliance will truly take control for good at the next HoH.
I think odds are Adam will side with Matt and them. My personal guess.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

We were talking about his decision to either stick with Matt/Adam/Sheila/Natalie or Josh/Sharon/James/Chelsia. In that decision, he made the right one. He didn't know about this twist at the time. We didn't even know that this twist would be stupid as fuck.

Nope. Wrong move. He's the 5th person on either alliance. That means you're gonna want to be with the more ruthless people who will turn on each other so you can get an in. Matt has Natalie wrapped around hsi finger and Adam wouldn't backstab Matt or probably Sheila. I see J/S/J/C canabalizing itself before the other group. He has more room to progress fromt he 5 spot.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

I don't trust it in the least. Wait till we see the confessionals and ensure he's not laughing at her.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

I'm going to go take a shower and stuff, i'll be back soon, keeping this window open though.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

I'm back, things are what I thought, I ALWAYS SAID put up Josh instead of James, damnit!!!

Veto doesn't even matter, my choice of alliance is gonna take a hit this week. I'm now waiting to see how HoH is going to go next week.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

Imagin if BB decided to put up some of his Gay for Pay pictures? LOL I'd laugh.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

Oh man, wow. Things will be different. I'm suprised everyone in the house is still up at these hours lol.

Off to bed for me.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

No actually he made the right smarter choice but BB pulled that shit. James/Josh/Chelsia/Sharon would've kept him 2 weeks and then got rid of him and by that time, he'd have no one left on his side to protect him. If he went with them then those 4 would be running the house, and now they might because BB pulled that shit.

Please, as opposed to relying on Matt, a person who has already turned on his word and friends (Alex) numerous times in the house, who is willing to use psycho Natalie, and is dreadfully INABLE to win competitions?

That's the main thing here, Matt's alliance has a horrible track record for competitions besides the occasional Veto. If Ryan thought clearly, he would've taken advantage of the 2 week thing, never promised Matt safety, and like someone else said wait for Josh and his alliance to break up and turn on each other. J/J/C especially have HUGE egos each, and aren't likely to have the alliance in tact for very long.

I'd consider your take on the game more seriously if you weren't so obviously emotional about it. =P

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

Okay, I have to rant about tonight's twist and get this off my chest! LoL

First thing's first. There better be no more returns this season.

They already voted Sharon out and brought her back. Then, they voted Ryan out and didn't even let him leave the house. Then, they evict James and bring him back. It's like... alright now, overkill! LoL If they keep bringing people back, the game will never end. It also lessens the impact of the evictions if people keep coming back. Sort of like all the "deaths" on soap operas in which people keep coming back from the dead. It just lessens the impact and people no longer take it seriously.

Anyway, I'm still bitter about the way it all went down. Yes, CBS cleverly worded it to say that America's Choice would have a "chance" to return to the house, but they were obviously leading people to believe that America's Choice WOULD in fact make it back into the house. Otherwise, they would've told us about the Fresh Evictee vs. Old Evictee part of it last week. The fact is, they kept it very ambiguous and cleverly worded for a reason. If Grodner didn't like America's Choice, they would implement the "Mystery Houseguest in a box" twist. If a "boring" houseguest was to be evicted this week, they would've let them go and America's Choice would've walked right in. If a "dramatic" houseguest was to be evicted this week (like James) they would suddenly throw in the extra twist of having the houseguests vote in order to keep the dramatic houseguest. This was CBS's way of allowing themselves to really maneuver and control the twist regardless of who America chose.

Everything about this season has been so ambiguous and questionable. They never give you a clear answer or explanation for anything. It's always "maybe" or "we'll see." Just like keeping the length of the season mysterious and ambiguous. The show maneuvers everything accordingly, including their twists. They let viewers think they're in control of something, when really they're not. Totally pisses me off.

I was really hoping to see a previously evicted houseguest (who's been out of the house at least a week) come back in order to see a new dynamic develop in the house. It would've also been interesting to see their reactions to everything that's transpired in the house since their eviction. As for James, it's not that I don't like him... it's just that the entire past week feels like a waste now. I also feel ripped off of the possibility of creating a new dynamic by bringing back America's Choice. It just feels like, y'know... much ado about nothing. Everyone might say that the return of James is great from a "revenge" standpoint, but I don't know any of them who were voted out that didn't deserve revenge. So that's a poor defense of it, IMO. Again, I'm not against James... I'm just not a fan of the way this whole thing was implemented. It seemed so manufactured, as if they thought they were pulling the wool over the eyes of viewers, yet everyone knows better.

Regarding Alex, I honestly didn't want him to come back at first. But he won. Also, him saying that he would return to the house with more of a "game" mentality also intrigued me. I was looking forward to seeing the "new" Alex... and it never happened. That really felt like a slap in the face to viewers who voted, and I would've felt that way regardless who won America's vote. It's like, "Here's your choice, they won! But guess what? It didn't matter. They're still going home." Screwing with the viewers like that when the ratings are already so low this season isn't necessarily a smart idea -- and again, while CBS never said for sure that the winner of the vote would return to the house, that's certainly what they wanted us to think. Using one clever word (a "chance" to return) simply allowed them the freedom to weasel out of it and manipulate the situation as they saw fit. Leading viewers to believe one thing when another happens according to which way they want to manipulate the game. I hate that! Don't fool the viewers into thinking they really have some sort of control when they really don't. Leave America's Choice out altogether if that's the case.

Again, this isn't an anti-James post, because I'm really happy for him and I'm beyond thrilled that he won HoH. This whole thing should've been implemented differently, though. It's leaving me with a bitter, duped feeling in my mouth.

Phew! Sorry, LoL. Very long-winded and lengthy, but I really had to get that off my chest. Now I feel better! :)

Couldn't agree more. But I just wanted to add that it's even more clear what you say is true since they wasted all this time and energy keeping people in sequester.

I don't like James' team since I can't stand smug Josh in power, walking around the house demanding people tell him information. I think James leaving would have left things a little more even. Either Sharon or Chelsia would have won HOH so Matt's group would have taken another hit anyway.

Anyways I'm more disgusted with Grodner's antics than ever. Even more so than the Dick/Daniele thing. First they edit out all the horrible things James/Josh did to Natalie. Then they let James know how everyone voted in both votes. They pretty much set things up for him to win. Then this mystery box crap. They should have at least let people know it was Alex then he would have for sure been voted in. Poor Alex.

Sadly I think I'm done with BB this season

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

Like I said. They should've let them vote first and then if they choose the mystery geusts the viewers should've voted overnight to send anyone (including James back). The fact that they had all this voting in advance is really what makes it so offputting.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

I think the problems for Big Brother started when Neil had to leave the show, and the producers told Josh to pick between Jacob or Sharon. Then it happened with Allison and Ryan, they were eliminated, yet returned due to a “twist”, and then Allison was voted out again. James was eliminated for all of maybe 10-minutes, before he returned due to another twist. I think this season had too many twists to the game, and it has effected the game itself. Instead of allowing the houseguest to vote for James or the “Mystery Box”, Big Brother should of held a competition with the evicted houseguests (Jacob, Jen, Parker, Alex, Amanda, Allison, and James) earning the right to return, and the winner of the competition, whomever it was, should have been the one allowed back into the house. I don’t want someone voted out next week, only to return due to another twist in the game.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

This season has been horrible with the twist. So excited when I thought Alex was being voted back in that I was just livid when I found out it was up to the house guests.

Aren't they talking about having another Big Brother right after this? I vaguely remember something about 2 BB due to the strike.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

Do you watch the live feeds all the time, SoapSkank? I can't imagine how anyone could do that since these people, like most all the people ever in this dink are boring as dishwater. But I like reading the bits and pieces you post.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

They said Big Brother 10 was suppose to start airing in June, a few weeks after Big Brother 9 ends.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

I like Alex but I can't see how he could add anything special to the game. He was a lame duck even when he was there. All his tirades were at pathetic Amanda. Thank god that swill didn't get back in. Alex is good eye candy but dull.

I thought this was going to be a short season but it might turn out to be a whole year long series the way it is playing out.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

It was not James' fault he got evicted. It was Sheila's, convincing gullible Ryan that Mattie shouldn't go up because she got pissed at Chelsia for telling to not use the single mother card. Sheila's Dr was all sobs and I'm a single mother and how dare she say that to me. James had as much right as anyone to come back since he was backdoored because of Mrs. Leotard MacBeth.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

People this is neither CBS nor James nor Josh nor Chelsia's fault.

It is entirely Natalie and Adams fault. Direct your anger appropriately. Anyone with half a brain would've known that bringing James back would hurt them if they were dumb enough to do ti than they have no one to blame but themselves.

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

You anti Josh people make me ashamed to be a gay person. You have no loyalty to your own. All the people who play this game are playing a game, but everyone always turns on the gay person because they play like everyone else. Take a look at who you are rooting for. What is wrong with gay people who don't support their own. And don't give me any ridiculous excuses. You do it every time. EVERY TIME,

All I am saying !

Re: The Official Big Brother Live Feed/Spoiler Thr

joesman, Josh is a disgusting HUMAN BEING, regardless of who he happens to prefer fucking.

Have you forgotten the things he's said? How he blows up only at girls but backs down completely when a guy talks back?

If he were straight he'd be a wife beater.

I don't like douchebags, straight OR gay.
