If you close down this thread simply because we are having a discussion about Cody Cummings, you are trampling on our freedom of speech. To my understanding, we are entitled to our opinions, as long as they are expressed with reason, and facts are backed by evidence.

Actually, the Freedom of Speech you mention (in the First Amendment) refers to government intervention and the curtailment of free speech. It has no bearing on a private site like this. We all have the PRIVILEGE of posting here but no RIGHTS to post. We are guests.

That being said, the other thread did not get closed because the subject matter was Cody Cummings, but because the thread itself got out of hand.

Now I am in NO WAY even remotely a fan of Cody Cummings (and quite frankly I wish he would just disappear and I can't figure out WHY he's still so popular) but I find it hard to believe HE wrote this post. Its been around for awhile (it didn't originate on PWL) and people bring it back up every so often as though its something new. There's also an anti-gay post that pops up with some frequency on forums and has alternately been credited to multiple Sean Cody models. The post is exactly the same each time with only the signature changing. I bring this up because I think its wise to be skeptical when one of these rears its ugly head. Am I saying that Cody Cummings wouldn't say these things? No. I have no idea what he thinks, but it is far MORE likely that someone posted this to discredit him rather than Cody Cummings himself biting the hand that feeds him.

If he tweets it, thats one thing, but why would he post it on a public forum like that? It doesn't pass the smell test and again, its not NEW. That post has been bouncing around for at least a year. Why would HE just cut and paste it everywhere?

It is NOT the same comment you are referring to...that has been credited to several Sean Cody models and Ryan Rockford. The sentiment is the same- I'm not gay. I'm just paid to do it- but it definitely wasn't copied and pasted. The comment was posted on PWL in response to the attacks that were being leveled at Cody, Rod, Marcus, James and Tyler Torro.

I don't know if he posted it or not but the funny thing is that to the truly rabid Cody fans it would matter if he said it to their face.

It seemed like it has been around a lot longer (perhaps the days are just blending together?) but I had that part wrong and I was also wrong about it being a cut and paste. I'm sorry for that as my error most likely mislead some people,

You guys always seem incapable of having a civil discussion about the guy and by the time we've edited out the personal attacks and related posts there's very rarely anything left of the thread!

There is no cozy relationship. I couldn't care less about Cody Cummings or NDS. If people want to be taken for a ride then that's their problem.

As I say, the reason for a thread disappearing is down to the members own actions - not some conspiracy between JUB and NDS. (I probably dislike NDS as much as you do).

I'd look to your fellow members before you start to criticise the Mods for doing their job!

That leaves us with several million people who might have posted that rant.

But, compare the style of writing, grammar, and vocabulary (including terms he uses, like "dime pieces") in that post versus the the posts on the blog on Cody's ND website. They're eerily similar.

Think about it. If it was someone else who doesn't like CC who made that post, why would they try to defend him? If it was a Cody-hater (either a gay person or a PWL homophobe), wouldn't they try to make a comment where "Cody Cummings admits he's secretly gay" or they tried to spread more rumors about him? Why would they try to defend Cody, while putting down gay people in the process?

Lastly, if that site put up Cody's real name & facebook (as well as his brother's real name & facebook).......it's entirely believable (and understandable) that Cody would make an attempt to get them to take that information down.

Based on all of this, I believe CC wrote that comment. And based on his other public statements about "being straight" and "never f*cking a guy", and his posts on his blogs, where he always responds to his "female" posters but ignores questions from his gay male followers.......I'm not surprised what he thinks about us "fags" and "homos".

Good point. We can infer that the poster is someone who has access to Cody Cummings' public blog. That narrows it down to...millions of people.

I don't know why an anonymous person would act irrationally on the internet. But to reiterate what I said above, Cody Cummings would have had reason to respond to that thread to get them to take it down, especially considering that they were divulging personal information about himself & his family. Furthermore, the style of writing, vocabulary, and attitude towards gay people is synonymous with CC's statements elsewhere. Therefore, there is a high probability that Cody Cummings did in fact write that posting.

You don't have to believe that Cody Cummings wrote that. You are also free to believe that the moon landing in 1969 was made up on an elaborate Hollywood set, and that Osama bin Laden is still alive (the U.S. never released photos of his body, did they?)

Based on motive alone, Cody Cummings would have sufficient reason to have responded to that thread. The vocabulary, grammar, and lowly view of "fags" and "homos" only makes the case that it was him stronger.

Therefore, the most reasonable thing to do is to conclude that it was him, because the odds that someone on the Internet would lie about who they are are simply too miniscule to be a consideration.

I don't know if he left the comment. I think at least half of what he tweets/blogs isn't written by him. If he didn't write the comment then I think it was written by someone who knows him and understands what he really thinks of his male fans. Although it did include slurs, the comment just seems to close to the way he presents himself on his own blog and in interviews.

Interesting how Tucker Scott has stayed silent about all of this after staring his job at NDM saying how great it was to work for them.

Tucker tried to delete his pornwikileaks entry and was attacked there. Someone he went to high school with said he is about 5 years older then he claims to be and was a hard core Christian in high school who made his life hell for being gay.

Rod Daily tried to delete himself and his girlfriends entries and Leo Giamani has claimed he was going to sue them. I do wonder how many of these guys know they are on that site and how many are upset about it or have considered quitting the industry after their legal name and porn name were linked together.
