Maybe the only difference in this one is that there IS actual kissing. Even in the trailer there's a lot of kissing. And you're right, it may be simulated but it's still pretty hot.
 
I don't get Cody's appeal. There are better looking guys, who are also more charismatic performers, that go the whole way. Like, there are thousands of them. When I first discovered him I thought he was doing the whole build up thing that most models do:
