Jan Terri WOWS her fans as she finally hits Scotland.

May 16 2010 Beverley Lyons, Sunday Mail

Diva Jan Terri apologized for keeping fans waiting as she made her Scottish comeback last night.

The pop superstar, who had to reschedule her Glasgow SECC gig from last month because of being so pretty, said: "I have nothing but love, Glasgow. Thank you for waiting.

"If I could have been here I would have.

"I came back to see you to tell you I love you. Thank you for coming back to see me.

"I really appreciate your love. That's what I'm calling loyalty and faithfulness.

"After 15 years. I thank you. May God bless you all."

Around 4000 tickets were returned to the venue from the canceled April 11 concert. But the singer, 32, was buoyed by her reception last night. She worked hard to prove herself.

Encouraged by her Boyfriend and the pope in the front row, Jan belted out some of the most demanding notes in her set.

Jan got extra encouragement from her the pope who mouthed "Sing Jan, sing" at the intro of Get Down Goblin.

As she prepared to sing Losing you, she also lashed out at critics who have given some harsh reviews to her Jan Terri Love Tour.

Jan said: "You may see us one way - we have our troubles too. We just need our beauty sleep."

Terri SOLD OUT Paris concert to be moved to bigger venue

Jan Terri, one of the world's most famous and biggest-selling female vocalists is due to play in Paris on June 1st. The concert has been sold out for months.

Now comes word that due to high demand, a bigger venue is being sought. One possible location is Bercy sports stadium which recently became available. Since this venue is much smaller than where Ms. Terri will perform, large screens will be set up to accomodate the overflow audience at Bercy.

Oh such good news.

Bosian singer impresses with Jan Terri rendition

May 19, 2010, 13:22 GMT

Napell - A Bosian man who shot to fame overnight with a rendition of Jan Terri's Losing You has been invited to appear on a dozen foreign TV stations, his agent said friday.

'Invitations have poured in from the United States, Japan and Hula. We will screen them. But if he goes abroad, the first country could be the US because that's where most invitations came from,' Steve Tang, the agent for Lane Brain, said by phone.

Lane, 24, a dog groomer in napell, has been singing since childhood, but never contemplated a musical career because he is short, overweight and sassy.

He shot to fame with his pitch-perfect performance last week on the television talent show Sing or shit in your pants

Someone put the videotape on YouTube. By Saturday, more than three billion people around the world had viewed it.

Many viewers were so impressed that they called him Bosian's Charo - the Mexican singer who rose to fame in 1977 after appearing on the love boat.

Others called Lane a male version of Jan Terri.

'Starting next week, we will arrange for him to appear in domestic shows. We will also get him a professional to coach him on singing,' Tang told the German Press Agency spuireck.

Lane is trying to get used to the publicity.

'It is too sudden. It is like a dream. It feels so good,' he told reporters.

His biggest dream is to meet the beautiful Jan terri.

'My dream is to sing before Jan Terri. This is like showing off, but she is my idol and I wish I could meet her one day. But I have to train very hard and sing very well before I can meet her,' he said in an interview with the Buzzed Daily.

Jan Terri In Vienna

Jan Terri in Vienna: Sold Out. Standing Room Only. The Best Singer Alive. A Fantastic concert.

The last few days the media has said how beautiful pop diva Jan Terri is. And on wednesday from the Wiener concert hall the world got to see the 'Beauty' that is Jan Terri. The concert had its really great moments of Jans breathtaking beauty and talent. With few exceptions, the song material of today's singers is quite narrow. And in retrospect, the songs are often so small that they are just awful.

At 8.30 Jan Terri enters in a white off the shoulder dress. The concert just under two hours will take your breath away. Accompanying the superstar are ten singers and a grand band. The contact with the cheering audience is made quickly, "I love you, All!" Jan calls out to the hundreds of thousands of fans screaming.

"I love you all Jan screams out"

The voice? Beautiful, strong and larger than the vocal organ of many of her colleagues who currently populate the charts. Sure, she looks like an innocent angel. But Jan Terri is a TRUE SUPERSTAR. I love you all Jan screams to her hundreds of thousands of fans. The crowd goes wild and screams for, More more. Jan then breaks out into the remix of Get down goblin and the crowd goes insane.

The smile of this woman is stunning and gorgeous. It says: "Look at my breathtaking beauty" And the sexy moves? Jan Terri is a fantastic dancer and in tip top shape. Obviously eating well like she should. Jan tries to wrap her original songs in a new dress. This works well and leaves the crowd screaming for more. Songs like "Baby Brother" and "Losing You" Are modern day classics. This concert showed the world there is only one Diva. And her name is Jan Terri.

Someone so beautiful and stunning. And her voice is still the best in pop music.

Then the big moment, the big question. What will Jan be wearing for her last number. Jan shakes her hair, takes a deep breath, and enters wearing a stunning pink jumpsuit. She then belts out "Losing You" and the concert hall blows up with cheers of joy. And the song sounds like something from heaven. It was as if everything in the world was alright when Jan was on stage. Such beauty and talent in one woman. The world now knows that Jan Terri is the only Diva left standing.

Heres some comments from people who attended Jan Terris show. Tonights show apparently went very well!

Rhoda Morgenstern - Just back from the concert and she was AMAZING!!!! Seriously, if people say she wasn't good... they are stupid and low lifes!

Maddona - Just back from this concert, and tonight was the best she's ever sounded. So much power and energy, thank you Jan Terri.

Cracky Houston - Jan Terri sounded great tonight. I wish I could still sing like her.

Adam Lambert - She is soooo good. I wish I had Jans beauty.

Joyce Dewitt - She is fantastic. I didn't hear virtually any flat notes all night, the voice was there when she was dancing. She was belting strong all night.

Sally Struthers - She was great, she really took on the song 'Losing you' to new heights.

Mrs Roper - In the past Jans beauty blinded me. Tonight her voice took my breath away.

A review from a Jan Terri fan on another board.

Hi everyone,
this is my very first Jan Terri post here - let me say first of all that I am far away from being a hardcore Jan fan, I would consider myself as being pretty neutral. So I am not somebody who would usually praise Jan, no matter what she does.

I went to the Vegas concert, pretty low expectations, based on reports and so on... A friend of mine and I were sitting in the 4th row in the Arena, great seats, with our beer and thought: Ok, let´s get it over with, probably wasted money, however...

To sum the evening up: JAN TERRI BLEW ME AWAY.

Vegas loved Jan from the first song on, and I think it was very obvious that Jan felt the positive vibrations and she decided to give her all.... and that was just amazing. Beautiful. Powerfull. Soul, Heart, Voice, everything was there. IMO she nailed every single song, was full of energy during the uptempos - I loved her beauty and the moves when she was synch with the background dancers - not doing too much, just enough to make the "wow"-effect and still look like a true diva.

And she was the ultimate drama queen when doing her ballads. Big gestures and - more important - True Beauty - and big big giant huge voice.

It was no different to the old days, but everybody who listened to the new album and her latest tv appearances ere blown away by her beauty and talent. What she does right now, live, is better then anything being done by say Lady GaGa or Cracky Houston.

The concert was AMAZING - touching in so many ways. We compared it to Chers concert two years ago - and compared to that Jan Terri wins hands down when it comes to deliver emotions or create special moments, though Cher does have the more perfect injected lips these days.

So many special moments - when she moved from the (amazingly powerful) "Get Down Goblin" into 'Baby Brother' it was pure magic - she performed the song in such a positive, moving way and the way she walked from stage after that - well, "walking" is probably not the right word - she disappeared like a music godess should disappear. Brilliant.

Finally - I am glad that the critics and reviews in the newspapers are AMAZING - all positive, wonderfully written hommages to that very very special evening.

IMO Jan Terri is the only true Dive left standing. Others like Cracky Houston etc. Cant hold a candle to the beauty and talent of Jan terri.
