For a solo artist...U2 nearly doubled it with the 360 Tour. Gaga made 18$ million in Japan alone in 3 concerts (breaking down to $70.59 for each second she was in Japan), 400$ million (Madonna) is definitely in the realm of possibility.

Sticky and Sweet Tour:

Start date: 8-23-08
End date: 9-2-09

Total: 408 million in 1yr/10 days


Us 369 Tour:
Start Date: 6-30-09
End Date: 7-30-11

Total: 736 million for 2yrs/1 month

I could only imagine how much her tour would have made for the same amount of time...I mean they could not even double her revenue with double the time.

I saw Andy Towle has about 8 videos all on one post over at Towleroad. She looks fantastic in the videos. Who would believe her age??? Love the reinvention of so many songs.

Looks really good. Pay attention to the Lichtenstein inspired images on the screen while shes singing Express Yourself, especially when she starts singing btw. Cans going inside other cans. Cans with blonde ponytail, thunderbolt and cone bra labels being consumed by creatures...eating manufactured goods. Talk about symbolism. Ha! such a bad Queen.

btw...if anyone is interested...I did a 'review' of sorts on MDNA. Check it out if you like hearing Madonna's fans babble about her music...

I tried watching but was distracted for the entire video by your charming good looks.

Your review of Love Spent was completely on-point. All of my favorite Madonna songs are her more serious, personal ones, rather than the fluffy dance tracks. Live to Tell, Oh Father, Bad Girl, etc.

I agree with the bonus tracks too. There are good ideas there but the production on them sounds so half-baked, like they're still in demo form or something. Oh and ALSO B-Day Song is the living worst ugh. I remember reading rumors that it was meant to be on the MAIN ALBUM until M.I.A.'s fingergate at the Superbowl and then it was taken off as punishment. Thank god for that middle finger, then.

The only place I really don't share your opinion is I'm a Sinner... that one just gets on my nerves with the "Whoo-ooh!"s in the background and Madonna's whiny vocals rattling off the names of saints on the bridge. I know I am in the minority on this one though since a lot of fans seem to really love that song.

after watching some youtube vids of mdna tour, when seen far from the stage the production is AMAZING - like out of this world amazing. Madonna-Gaultier collab is always topnotch (no offense to arianne but the M-JPG is just cool edgy classic effortlessly).
im disappointed though by the laziness (?) of repetition of the the superbowl vogue choreography and that jig M does towards the end of celebration which she did relentlessly during COADF promo and CT. While the opening production was uber wow, it seemed a tad long and anti climactic. plus i do agree with some reviewers that the emotional connection is vacuous.

A reseller from it's marketplace was. Big difference. It's another BS story from Roger Friedman that monsters are happily spreading all over social media.

It's like that Ford commercial about the F-150. Nobody compares themself to number two. If "monsters" are spreading gossip about the Queen it's for an obvious reason. An unspoken truth.

Now now lets not get out of hand. Some of LG fans are still upset on how some of them () were totally humiliated about making big declarations on how her album was going to set new world records for years to come......and we know how that turned out.

They even attacked poor Taylor Swift because she sold 1m+ of her album and LG had to sell it for .99 to even come close to Taylors numbers. So its not surprising that they would attack Madonna cuz she is still the Queen
