Listening to this at least the tone of her voice isn't different these days - just the belting range has shrunk.
Actually, her voice has changed. She has lost some clarity and depth to her voice. Her range is still the same, but she is not as consistent live.
Eh, what? Not in the belting part of her voice. Her range I guess is technically the same since she can still do the whistles...but belting her songs in a strain for her these days.
I actually think she should get the nodules repaired. She may lose the whistles...but IMO they're not worth holding onto if she's starting to lose the rest of her voice (which she sadly seems to be). The whistles are a great feature of her voice, but I'd rather lose those than the belting range which IMO is much more important to the vast majority of her songs.
I'm sure she'd rather die than leave her vocal future in the hands of doctors, but if she doesn't do something she's gonna lose her voice anyway. She struggles to sing even "Hero" now.
