For some completely random and unforseen reason, she went 'crunk' (as only a white woman could) and had a worryingly popular comeback before releasing yet more soppy, nasal ballads, renaming herself Mimi (as in ME! Mariah has always dropped out the spotlight when she is not on tour or promoting an album. She just not wrapped up her "The Adventures of Mimi" tour here on the domestic end back in October. I think she just full wrapped up the overseas end of it right before Thanksgiving.
However, I kinda hope she doesn't decide to make another comeback because she has pasted her peak back in the late 90's. Also I don't want to see her embarass herself again like she did with Glitter.

Mariah had a tour in the summer fall of 2006. Mariah's emanicpation of mimi as everyone knows was a huge seller. She's taking a break. One thing I like about Mariah you don't see her getting married or showing off about her love life. Mariah has always kept parts of her life private and I respect her for that. Same with Janet Jackson she is also very mysterious. Janet and Mariah aren't like certain female singers that need to be in the news 24/7.

Mariah is not a white woman I mean geesh she's biracial. How many times does Mariah have to say this? Just because she is pale she is not white. Mariah has always loved soul and R&B music. She has definitely changed her sound because she loves this form of music and she's no longer under the control of Toimmy Motolla.

Ummmm......she had the #1 album of 2005 and yet another Number One single to add to all the others. She'll catch up to and eventually pass the Beatles in a couple of years. I've never lost faith in one of my favorite divas. At least you'll never see a pic of her dirty cooter like certain other pop starlets......
