Oh I didn't mean falsetto. I hate to sing it (well actually I have a lot of fun pretending to be a soprano but my falsetto is VERY countertenoresque so it's only useful for classical and I don't really use it because excessive use hurts the chest register). I meant going really high in chest. My sounds very heady then and...intense.
I guess I like the workout involved with it (going lower is just so relaxed - which is fun/fine but sometimes I want the edgier quality?).
It is a pleasant sound, I think we've been force-fed it so long that I'm just sick of hearing it, though I have fun immitating it. It's really easy to mimick the sound and the average person won't be able to tell the difference between a fake tenor and a real one.
