The clip is from a BBC TV production. I didn't see the show, but it concerned the penis. The guy is "Mr. Mark," the former owner of the board www.some other website.org (large penis support group). He now runs the board www.extremecock.com where more pictures of him and others like him are posted. His silicone obcession is not something I find interesting in the least. But he seems to be devoted to it.
