Today, It is TUCS crackers with Delft Blue Cheese.

It is really hard to find Tucs here...only specialty stores at terrible prices...but they are the very best on earth I think.

And just by chance I happened to spy some Delft Blue for a change.

What is/are your favourite snacks?

Garden Herb flavored Triscuits. I have to dump some on a plate or else I'll eat the whole box.

Triscuits. Plain is always good. There was a rosemary flavor a while back, and a garlic/pepper flavor I really liked. I haven't looked lately.

But plain Triscuits with some cheddar cheese chunks is #1.

Chicken in a Biskit is #2 just because Grandmama always had a box.

Cheese-its. Ritz crackers.

Everything has to be doled out a small bowl at a time or I'll eat the whole box.

When I don't know what I want, plain old satltines and whatever cheese I grab from the fridge is always good. And I like all of them, as I bought them. ;)

For snacks I buy, I have to agree with the Triscuits, but I also grew up on Shredded Wheat cereals, so was already inclined.

Every now and again, I crave tuna salad. There's something about that salty, oily, fishy flavor with sweet pickle relish and a tad of mayonnaise, and sometime chopped onion, that's quite appealing. I love it on white bread or crackers, and if I'm gonna make it, I usually go to the trouble of boiling a couple of eggs to throw in. I prefer it all chilled. Alternately, apple is good in it if no onion.

And a banana is good most any time.

Any whole wheat crackers with Swiss cheese is good if there are green olives or red seedless grapes, too.

But I don't really snack, and I avoid cheese as much as possible.

Years ago I loved potato chips, especially because of the salt, but health problems made me cut them out. I still like some things with salt, like nuts and crackers, but nothing is too special.

Love these:
