The Positive Sides About Being Closeted

To be honest, one of the 2 reasons I stay in the closet is because of money. I am a college student and my family has money. I am afraid that if I come out, I won't be included in the will. I'll be damned if my brother gets everything: the houses, land properties, etc.

Same here bro... Well my family doesn´t have that much money, but some. And I´d hate to see my sister and her asshole fiancee get everything :mad:

SuperDodgy, I know it's not a good reason, but I do it for security. I know it sounds, well, "golddiggerish" if u will, but it's nice to have that security. I know I am going to college and making something of myself, but financially, it's a support. Just wouldn't want to lose it. Anyway, I am ok with being in the closet. My feelings will probably change as I get older, but for now, I'm OK. Hey, it's a walk-in closet, lots of room. By the way, like I have said before, you are hott. I forgive you.:-)
 
schat, nothing's wrong with your decision. we don't need to parade our sexuality to the whole world. it's all about you, man. it's all about how comfortable you are with yourself, fuck the world cuz you don't owe them any reason. i don't screw everything that walks, so to some people i might even be asexual.

I fully feel you, it seems that everyone thinks you are so lonely if your in the closet and should come out , I dont agree. Not only would it destroy your family and kids whos to say you want to be with a guy your whole life I certainly wouldnt.
 
Why does everyone think you are secertly gay if your bi , why should I come out if I'm not gay and just dont just like men I also love women .

I don't know what I am...sometimes I think I'm gay, other times I think I'm bi...hell, I even think I'm straight. I think though, right now, I'm bi...and I'm very scared of coming out. I'm nervous about it. I highly doubt my family would be accepting. I am very close to my family, and it was broken early on by my mom's death.

Do you guys think it's wrong to "never come out"?

Also, thanks for making me and my sexuality - whatever it may be - comfortable.

It's your life. You should do whatever make you feel comfortable and happy. If that would never to come out, you should. It wouldn't be my choice, cuz i cherish my freedom and my open lifestyle.
