I saw some nonsense on TV about an umbrella that followed the owner around, a sort of modified umbrella/drone/Trapperkeeper thing. The guy looked so smug, he could have been in Sharper Image.

All I could think of is how often one fights the wind when walking through rain, and has to hold onto the thing for dear life. Just imagine that expensive drone flying away into a bay, onto an awning, or into traffic.

Just astounding how stupid kids can be with robotics.
