Awesome.

Every now and then when I see a security camera circuit box I smile -- they're not ones I made, they're ones I wrote the procedure for for machining the holes for wires, cable, etc. Before I wrote the procedure they were made haphazardly enough that no two were ever quite alike; I got the specifications down to a tolerance of 1/64", tight enough they were interchangeable.
[Then I found out that the basic control box had no written procedure, there were just a couple of guys who knew how to do them. So I got them to teach me, sat down with what I learned and wrote out a simplified step-by-step procedure that someone totally ignorant could follow and turn one out to perfection (tolerance 1/100") -- I know because I handed my written procedure to a new hire who barely knew his way around the shop and his first three boxes came out identical.]
Isn't it cool seeing something of quality and knowing you made that?
