I watched my Coco obsessively lick a furry blanket a couple of weeks ago. I figured her tongue itched or something, so let her do it. Went on for minutes, and just one spot.

Commenter A: Headline hyperbole strikes again! I can see why LW1 is hurt, but I was expecting something like "I caught my father and sister in a threesome with my husband."

Commenter B: Headline for that would be "My Family Excludes Me - Will I Always Be An Outsider?"


(FYI, the letter writer was upset because she, a stable and well-employed single woman, was planning to start the process of adopting a child and her father and sister refused to write letters of recommendation.)
