I strongly suspect Jack Daniel's will win the copyright infringement case. There is not an unlimited right to parody, particularly when the expressed purpose it to profit from appropriating the image of the copyright holder.

Yes, parody for art is not the same as parody for profit. The product is selling for $20, which probably wouldn't happen without the JD brand recognition. Interestingly, at least one justice didn't get the joke. On the other hand, dog toys have been made in the image of recognized products for decades. Not all of the toys in that company's line go so far in possibly offensive content -- they're just silly. This one might be questionable.
