Yes, he did. At the beginning of one episode (I can't recall which), Hyacinth and Richard are standing on the pavement (sidewalk) waving goodbye to Sheridan who is driving away in a taxi. We see the back of his head through the rear window.
Sheridan's boyfriend was named Tarquin. He made his own curtains.
Also, in the QW-II episode, she does, in fact, use the last name 'Bucket'. When driving to the pier, she insists that Richard take a shortcut and ends up getting stuck in the mud in the middle of a farmer's field. As Richard drives, Hyacinth gets out to push. Of course, she stands behind the spinning wheel and becomes covered in mud. She shouts very loudly: "I'll get you for that, Richard Bucket!" And then she grimaces and mouths the word, "Bouquet."
And the vicar {Jeremy Gittins) was, indeed, "dishy"!!
Of course, we can't forget Daddy.
