You know, I've seen two episodes and It's so funny watching those Brassy Broads with the New York accent try and "One Up "each other. I've lived here all my life and seen a whole spectrum of people, those women DO Not represent all New Yorkers. It has it's moments though.
 
I like the OC one better too, especially since they have hot teenagers on the show and there's a lot of skin showing. The NYC housewives are way too rich for most people to relate to.

Alex is freakin' ugly as hell and looks like a witch! With all that money you'd think she could do something about that dried out dead wave of hair she has. She and her toolbag hubby are so bourgeois it's sickening. I also don't like that homophobic cunt Bethenney who could barely stand to be in the same room as Jill's "gay husband" when they were shopping for clothes. I wonder why she's still with her bf when she knows he doesn't want any more kids. Luann seems nice, although she doesn't seem to care about raising her children when she leaves them to go out and relive her younger days with her niece who's a model. I kind of like how Jill acts like a mother hen when she hooked up Alex with a tour of that incredible school. And it was fun seeing her beat Ramona at tennis. Ramona seems like an idiot at least socially, and she's way too old to be wearing such revealing tops and short skirts. She looks so trashy whenever she wears a tank top.


Noel is only about 10 years old. He's super cute and he'll probably be a total hottie when he grows up. What makes you think he's gay?

I don't think Bethenney is homophobic at all. Jill's gay husband was way too much. He was being so annoying. Bethenney was trying to set up a casual business meeting and he turned it into a circus with his loud and ridiculous behavior. That pink cowboy hat..... seriously?

Seriously, what's wrong with a little pizzazz? It might not be my style or yours, but it wasn't exactly vulgar. They were shopping at a private collection, not in the middle negotiations over lunch or at that networking mixer Bethenny attended.

Also, it wasn't so much that incident by itself, but she also called Alex's husband gay when he called about which shoes to wear to a fashion show. That's strike two right there. Does she think only gay men give a damn about details? My straight friends are as much conscious about what they wear as my gay friends, especially when we go out to eat or go clubbing. The only difference is that the we gay guys have much better facial products and we keep our fingernails and toenails trimmed.
 
OC is better. I saw five minutes of the new york one and just found it boring. The ladies in the oc are more interesting.
 
Yeah the OC better are more interesting. And yeah cant complain about more skin, lol.
 
New season started! Great first episode. Glad that the girls are finally putting the beat down on Alex.
 
It hasnt started yet. It starts with Luanne getting outrageous so I cant wait. Having a big party for it =] OC Housewives wasnt that great this year without Luanne.
 
Maybe I missed the premier? I tivoed it and I was under the impression it starts next tuesday? Thought the season finale of the OC housewives was last week?
 
I love Bethenny. She is hilarious, her impersonation of Jill is funny. I liked the interaction between her and Jill's mom.

Still not liking Alex and Simon.
 
I hate these women, and stopped recording on my dvr. I got about 30 mins into the first show of this season and said to myself "self why are you watching these boring people?" Self said "stop recording" and I did as he said.

Edited to add thoughts on rhofOC. Vicki drives me crazy and is as fugly as a woman can be who thinks she is beautiful. I love Jeanna. I was fond of the woman who dropped out of the show because with her new marriage she has too much to take care at home. The one who became Vicki's friend and was kissing and hugging up on Vicki is a pure bitch. Why couldn't they give the one who was going out with the old guy who died the benefit of a doubt. The new woman is an empty headed idiot but I like her far better than Vicki. I love how Vicki is always whining about not getting any when she treats her husband like a doormat.

Yeah, I said that having only watched the first couple episodes of last season. I love Betheny and her body absolutely rocks. Hopefully she can work through her issues and get back together with her bf. He's really cute.

As for Simon, he's still very questionable. I mean he has no guy friends or any other friends besides Alex. It may be nothing, but he may be deeply in the closet. Who knows. Either way, they're kind of creepy. And yeah, it seems they're not really that fashionable and only buy clothes from the big fashion houses. Also, I don't understand why they'll drop thousands of dollars on one afternoon of shopping but they won't spend a penny fixing up their house that's in shambles. There's no excuse when they've lived there for years and there are rooms with just baseboard and no paint. They won't even fix up their back yard semi decently or buy high end or hand crafted furniture. Their freaking closet is straight from Ikea. At least they own their home. But they're just like families who cramp into a cheap two bedroom apartment so they can lease the latest luxury cars to make it look like they're wealthy. And of course they have to deny that that's exactly what their intention is. Why else would they go to the Hamptons instead of St. Barts? And of course they rented some hovel owned by a masseuse.

Oh, and I freaking hate LuAnne. She's so fake and hypocritical. I can't stand it when she refers to herself as "the Countess" and tells people how she's supposed to be addressed or how to act "properly". It's cool how Betheny plays it down, but LuAnne needs to get slapped around a bit. News flash, cunt! This is America. It's one thing to be rich and priveliged, but the title you married into doesn't mean jack shit here.
 
This group of Housewives is easily the most unattractive of any of the Real Housewives.

I know money can buy a lot of things - but good looks and a decent sense of style seems to be lost on these women and their families.
 
What did LuAnn say at the end of the show when she was pissed that her husband didn't show up? My DVR stopped recording, it was something like "That bitch!". Anyone?
 
She said, "that won't happen again" and "lucky bitch". I have no idea who she was talking to or if she was talking about someone.
 
That was a really good episode. The beach and surfing and the hot guys teaching. The tea party in the Hamptons was fun and I have been to several of those and they are a blast. Loved the fopahs with Pattison. You can fill a silk purse with mucho dollars but class comes with good breeding and Ramona has none.

LuAnn is a trip. What a face when her horse threw her ass to the ground, twice.

Bethanny discovered having a good time with gay men.
 
Might I add that Simon and wht's-her-face living in that dump-always-under-construction building in Brooklyn are such a farce. Do people that lame brained and unaware really exist?
