Oh I had forgotten about Ramona and the governer. I wonder why they didn't show that conversation on tv. Obviously they were filming them. Totally classless of Ramona.
 
Just when I thought Alex and Simon couldn't sink any lower, Alex proceeds to tell us how they met. They met online and were looking for sex. Not something you want to annouce to the world that you were looking for sex online. You could have just said we met online.

Also, they are writing a book on child rearing in the city? Ha ha.

I love Bethenny more and more with every show. She is a hoot.

I am noticing that Sam, the chef from Top Chef, is showing up a lot on Real housewives. Wasn't he on for the dinner party for Orange County?

I had a good laugh when Alex was so candid about how she met Simon and though it rounded out their hippocrisy quite nicely. The idea of their parenting book is much more comical than LuAnne's pompous ettiquette book. I'm actually starting to like them only for how much of a pathetic farce they are. Although, I can't believe they aren't renting another apartment during their renovations. Oh, and I love how pathetic it is that Alex loves the "hidden treasures" of mouldings they're uncovering even in the face of Jill flat out telling them they're crap and not part of the original architecture.


That was Brian Malarkey, who is from San Diego, who cooked for the OC housewives.
 
I've watched all of 10 min. of this show, but what I saw really impressed me.

I have NO idea what her name was, but it was an older Jewish lady, a mother in law, I think, who was sitting at a kitchen table talking to her daughter in law....

"I turn around it's Hanukkah, I turn around it's Yom Kippur..."

She was talking about how fast times passes when one gets older, and I actually teared up a little.

I thought she was *fabulous*.

That was a diamond in the rough. The older woman is the mother of the younger woman's best friend. I suggest you not watch any more of the show. I assure you that you'll be thoroughly disappointed and probably disgusted with these women.

I really wasn't expecting to "take sides" but the new lady is becoming increasingly more odd

I was totally siding with Bethany when she was mentioning how bizarre it was to show up to a charity meeting late and be so defiant at the possibility of putting your name on a list.

Romana I think has serious issues. She always talks like she's outta breath or has a gun to her head. Making those wierd ass faces and just being so annoying. I though Vicki from the OC was bad, but at least she was slightly entertaining. I feel like yelling at Romona to shut the fuck up every time she has something to say...I really wondering if she has a social development issue.

I'm just thankful I don't know any of these women or anyone like them in real life - couldn't deal with it

Kinda sad but knew it was coming. You were wife number 4, and we rarely saw him at all.

Wow. Kelly is a nutcase. I love Bethenny even more now. I can't wait until the reunion show.
 
Kinda anti-climaxtic regarding the tennis match. I wished that Jill was able to get Justin Gimbelstob.

Did anyone see the previews for Real Housewives of New Jersey? I don't think that I will watch that. Kinda looks similar to Atlanta and I didn't watch that one either.

Did anyone else cringe when the now FORMER Countess LuAnn told the 10 year old that losing weight is easy, after she said she wanted to be a model - while they were at a confidence/self-esteem meeting?

I was like "just shut up Luann and leave t at she has the height and a pretty face "...but nope, she had throw in the weight comment.

So thats Miss manners and etiquette? Wow.

Jill needs to fire her decorator and gay husband because I hated the apartment (most of it anyway) and he annoys me.

And Simon and Alex may be kinda weird and out there, but Ramona is twice as ridiculous as either of them and Mario is showing his ass this season too. I think she's popping some serious pills.

Unlike so many others here, I love LuAnn. She could have her own show.

Simon drives me crazy--stupidly going to a "girls night out", wtf?

Bethenny is a fav. As is Lisa.

I've really gotten into this show. :-)

I watch every week. I have a love/hate thing going on with each girl. I must say that I'd love to have drinks with Bethenny, Jill and her gay husband. I've grown to like Simon and his wife too. This show is hysterical.
 
This show sucks I'd rather watch the orginal OC housewives and dont forget ATL. The women on NY just seem so phony alomst like the hills. I hate Luann a she thinks she so perfect and she really inst.
 
Loved the 1st part of the reunion show. Feel bad that Bethenny is getting picked on for some reason. Don't know what Ramona's problem is. Part 2 looks great.
 
I LOVE the New York and Atlanta ones. Hate the oc version. Those tacky orange woman are boring. The o.c. version may be getting pulled due to low ratings this last season.
 
5 minutes into the Season premiere and Ramona is annoying me.

Glad to see little has changed...
 
OMG it was completely nuts. These broads were fighting every 5 seconds. Most of the ladies are normal bitchy but Ramona actually seems like something's wrong with her. Those crazy eyes and speech patterns r so weird.
