Too many people do a job they hate just for the money. It takes a big and caring heart to do a job you enjoy. A big paycheque can't replace the happiness you give to someone.
 
There is no better feeling on earth than ending your workday and knowing you have made someones life a little better, easier and helped heal.

I'm a nurse, and I love the feeling that I can help someone heal or comfort them when they are sick or dying.
It's often an emotional rollercoaster, but I try and keep in mind that I did ALL that I could to make their healing as comfortable as I could.
