If you are honest you will admit that time after time I have always pointed out that the blacks existing hispanics have been and are being hurt the most by our policy of massive immigration of cheap labor and by the expansion of the discrimination acts and affirmative action to virtually everyone except white males. I am the only one with a plan to help the blacks and hispanics. None of the rest of you ever speak up for them.
I hope the will investigate the people appearing to give the Nazi salute, they are not likely to be members of alt right but are more likely to be demo rat plants, not unlike the people out side with the sign equating alt right with nazis.

there have always been white supremacists and anti-semetic people in the world---all of trumps dog whistles had these people crawl out from under the rocks they usually hang out in----it's all a reaction to the first black president and many of these people think a black president means the end of racism ----so they can do anything they want now that the big white guy is back in town. Right now our biggest threat is the divide and conquer tactics being used against us all; designed to pit EVERYONE against EVERYONE so that we all kill each other.

THIS....you are right about that. I have watched it unfold...started on the major news sites many years ago. I can't even read them anymore...it is mostly Russian Trolls ..the most hateful comments come from them. THIS is why I pay attention to get a clear picture of who I am talking to. If all they post is politics and hate when I follow the trail..I know what they are doing...

They also invaded talk radio....I had to stop listening.

No. I'm pissed that Trump won the electoral college.

There is no global conspiracy here. Global 'elites' don't care who is president...in they are delighted that a neo-fascist megalomaniac has won...there is money to be made no matter what as you can see from the markets right now.

And this nonsensical notion that they are plotting to depopulate a planet of over 7 billion people is also nonsense...although it would make a huge amount of sense.

Canadians can be an amusing group. Always self-conscious about themselves, their country, and their footing in the world. Trying to do everything possible to fight like Hell to distinguish themselves from the United States to the point where they either:

- Include the word "Canada" on their road signs of American restaurant and retail chains ie: McDonald's CANADA
- For companies formed in Canada, they need to put "Canada" somewhere in the title "Great CANADIAN Superstore"

I guess they fear people may forget that they are in Canada and think they are part of the United States without doing those things.

Then, let's not forget we need to regulate the airwaves so there is always a certain percentage of Canadian artist music you hear when listening to the radio. So if you hear Avril Lavigne playing the same song over and over and over again in a day ... you know why. The country is going to brainwash you and get that nationalist pride instilled in you one way or the other.

So now, that leads to this and once again thinking what happens in U.S. elections matters to the fine nationalists in Canada. My dear Canadians, you are your own country. You have made very clear that you do not want to be the United States of America nor be lumped in with the United States of America. That being said, take care of what happens inside of your own borders and don't point the fingers at us. You clearly want to be your own country so why don't you act like it? Deal with your own problems.

I do find some other Canadians annoying the stupids ones protesting Trump in Toronto! Come on that is a USA problem NOT a Canadian problem! Trump has no power here Canada is a sovereign nation and Canadians we need to remember this. I do agree we need to FOCUS on our own problems here in Canada.

This thread is about the rise of white nationalism....and there is no doubt that the Tump win of the electoral college and the appointment of alt-right racists like Steve Bannon are already having an impact....certainly across the US and also in Canada.

Yes BUT you are Canadian WE are Canadians the racism in the USA is really NOT OUR PROBLEM.Trump is going to be the USA president BUT he does NOT rule the world. There are the United Nations, Canada, European Union, China, Japan, ect. The USA still has to follow diplomatic and international law. I do worry about some of the things you discussed. BUT the other poster has a point let the AMERICANS deal with THEIR PROBLEMS. It isn't a Canadian problem.
