Not so. The demographic changes of low fertility and fewer women of child bearing age are the cumulative effect of the abortion of tens of millions of children since Roe v Wade.

Even if that is so, the statistics concerning abortion show that if there had been none, whites would be even closer to being a minority than at present.

I wonder that you aren't complaining about the fact that many evangelical Christians adopt children from overseas, which also contributes to the coming minority status of whites.

There is actually evidence that people who live in fancier homes have a lower fertility rate. On top of that, men who take showers rather than baths also do.

Those just go to show that we are changing our own environment so fast that we really have no way to tell what all is contributing to the difference in fertility.

Nor can you doubt that those aborted female, by not being born and by not themselves bearing children, adversely affected the fertility rate. The exact numbers are not available but are unnecessary. That fact, combined with the large number of non white immigrants is certainly a major part of the decline in whites intended by the democrat leadership. If i produce sources agreeing, they would automatically be brushed aside as right wing sources.

I think we have a problem with the definition of the term "fertility rate". There are actually two: demographically, it's the number of births per X (IIRC 1k is the norm) number of women of reproductive age in a population; medically, it's the number of conceptions among couples actively trying to conceive.

For the former, yes, abortions have an impact. Things like cell phones and water pollution have an impact on the second one, which in turn affects the first. I.e. abortions aren't a matter of whether or not a woman can conceive, but of whether there is a birth.

If we keep this distinct, maybe things will be clearer. Ben is obviously using the demographic definition.

Actually there are sources out there which track such things that would be readily accepted; ZPG groups almost certainly track the number of abortions. Almost anything from a university would be fine, so long as it is a real university and not a propaganda/indoctrination factory of some ideological flavor.

In college we saw demographics of who gets abortions, but I don't remember them well enough to comment on anything except that white evangelicals are less likely to get an abortion than the rest of the population.

There's also a Roman Catholic movement that urges Catholics to have as many children as possible, that started as all-white and mostly remains so (my mom used to get email from an advocate of the group, which she let me respond to rather than read them herself and get upset at the idiocy -- I finally shut her up by asking her if white people got more of Jesus; blood than non-whites).

It's conceivable that there are groups out there with the agenda he describes, but he neither offers evidence or such nor admits that it could be anything but a purely and totally Democrat agenda. Since he complains about name-calling, he should totally abandon the constant broad smearing of all Democrats which is just name-calling with a bigger brush, and give us evidence that at least one such group actually exists. Given the bizarre range of things people believe and advocate, I wouldn't be surprised at all if he could come up with several... if he bothered to actually behave like an attorney and present evidence.

I had to stop and think back to my days with a Lutherans for Life group where I was privileged to deliver checks for a number of mothers, to try to recall skin colors. I can remember two Cuban, one Venezuelan, one German, one black, and a couple I don't remember for certain (though I think one was white and the other Asian). So I wonder: would Ben approve of that pro-life group? By paying rent and hospital/medical bills, we enabled a number of women to have children they likely otherwise would have aborted.


In line with the thread's broader topic, this brings back one thing I loved about Miami: I had never seen such an array of the different shades and shapes of human beings, and I fell in love with that God-given variety. How anyone can think one branch is better than another is beyond me.
