New Terminator tv show gonna start January on FOX, I believe.

I'm a huge fan of the movies, and sure this lil' low budget tv series isn't gonna even compare in value, but it still may be a pretty cool little tv show.

You gonna watch?

...There may be some pretty sexy terminators!
 
I heard about it it's going to be cool and did you no theres also going to be a Terminator 4 I read it's going to be called (Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins) and it is suppose to be released in the summer of 2009 so a long ways to go but it's in the works
 
i'll watch the first SCC, but unless it blows me away, that will be the end of it. T2 is still the king.

I believe it takes place a year or two after the second movie. Thomas Dekker (cutie who played Zach on Heroes last season) will be playing John Connor,Lena Heady(the actress who play Gerard Butler's Queen in 300) and the actress Summer Glau(River from Serenity/Firefly) will be playing the new T Series model to protect John. While Thomas Dekker still looks cute, I still prefer fim from Heroes. (As shown by my Icon)
 
Yeah! T4, I hope it's good.

I'm not all that bitchy a viewer really. I mean, I didn't enjoy T3 as much as the first 2, but it was still a pretty good little film. I'm not all that hard to please.

I am so fuckin excited, I bet Lena's gonna be really good as Sarah.

They say they aren't gonna have a 'terminator of the week' every episode, so I'm kindof wondering exactly how they're gonna arc the season. Who all the bad guys will be, Skynet's supposed to be a big part of the show, so we'll see.

Long as the acting stays pretty good and the story stays pretty true to the first couple movies (when it comes to history, and comedy style, and how tough it is to get rid of a Terminator.)

I'm sure it'll be alright. Long as it doesn't get too carried away with itself, I hear there's some time travelin goin on in the first episode, but that's not too bad, they did that in the movies, so we'll see.
 
Seen the pilot and it was ok and I'll be giving it a go when it gets shown on Virgin 1 sometime in the new year.
 
I've seen the pilot on the internet. i haven't seen all the terminator films and i thought it was good.

also, to Firefly/Serenity fans you get the chance to see Summer Glau speak normally while in character, its kinda freaky to start with lol.
 
Nope I'm not supporting an actor that wouldn't play gay on Heroes.

N I don't care how many gay roles he played before he started to making it in hollywood.
 
The Pilot is pretty good I really enjoyed it. As much as I wish Arnold were in the series, Summer Glau does a capable enough job.
 
I remember reading an article on tvguide.com when they first announced the series that the show will not have any continuity with T3. While I thought T3 was a good movie, it hardly lived up to the standards that T2 delivered. So I thought this was quite a bit of good news. Even for those of us who did see T3, we can all go into this not expecting to know what happens in the end, and that should hopefully result in some kick ass television.
 
Well what did you guys think?

I liked it a lot, I thought it was really good- for a tv-show. I think it picked up off T2-Judgement Day better than T3 did.

I liked when she was getting sown up, she was worried John was gonna leave her some day, it was so good.

Summer's terminator wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting her to be, so I was very content in the end. It just sucks Cromartie is already terminated. That robot fucker was hot!

Y'know, this isn't the movies, this is just a weekly tv show, so...keeping that in mind, for what it is I think it's pretty tite so far!
 
for t.v., I was pretty impressed. had the feel of watching one of the blockbusters. lots of action.
 
I watched it last night and it was pretty good. Thomas Dekker is kindof cute also so that helps too.
 
this show wont last because not enoguh epople will watch it.itsa shame but I wouldnt be surprise if its cancel quickly.
 
Is it just going to be the same old stuff on a loop?

Also the hot mother with hot son is an odd, and kinda creepy, combo for an ongoing action series.

Maybe there'll be an incest episode or maybe he'll turn gay? Just kidding.
