Eh...Not feeling sad about Intensity leaving. They kept singing upbeat pop songs...I felt it was too disney-ish. I kind wished Stereo Hoggs went home though. I think that they are just bad all around.

I know they were disneyish...and I really hated the blonde girl...but I kinda liked InTENsity more than Stereo Hoggs. At least all of InTENsity sing and aren't just one singer with 4 back up dancers. And in the music scene now-a-days who do you really think between the 2 acts will sell more records? Male r&b groups aren't that big anymore...last one I can really think of that did anything was Pretty Ricky...lol
 
I thought Intensity did a better job in the sing-off than Stereo Hoggs. I was surprised that Chris Rene was not in the bottom two.
 
My personal bottom two was Intensity and Rachel Crowe (with Intensity leaving), so I am ok with the result.
 
Ha ha. Paula's groups in the bottom two weeks in a row. Awww....

I still don't have a complete favorite yet. I kinda liked Chris Rene in the beginning, but now it is just ok.
 
I love Stacy Francis but Nicole really needs to give her more churchy songs. its all her. Melanie Amaro is fabulous too
 
I think Melanie Amaro and Stacy Francis are the best of the bunch. I like Rachel Crowe too, but she is just too young.
 
Such bullshit. Astro should have gone for being a spoiled little brat. But of course, some people think that this was fake just to generate some buzz about the show. I can see that too.

Not to upset about Stacey Francis going, I liked some of her songs in the beginning, but lately it has been crap. Nicole is a shit mentor.
 
I agree that Astro should have been booted for his little stunt last night. Maybe the judges took into consideration that he is just a kid and needs more guidance.

I am surprised about Stacey Francis. She started off strong, but lately her performances have suffered.
 
Thank the lord Stacey Francis is gone...she made me cringe weekly...she gave ONE good performance and that was "Purple Rain" during Judges Houses

the whole Astro thing...I don't think it was planned...I think he is a young kid who came in with an attitude and now with all the praise he has gotten his attitude has been filled with a huge ego that doesn't fit in his 14y/o body. He couldn't even continue with the attitude, he started crying....he's just a kid who thinks he's mature, but really isn't.
 
This show is really bad. If that is the best talent in the USA, we are in trouble. No one on the show is worth $5 million. How did Astro last this long? Some of the singers on Youtube are much better. Hope it doesn't stay on.:-({|=

Voting competitions are usually won by the person who has the saddest sob story. Chris Rene and Rachael Crow have compelling stories but watching Melanie tonight she rose to the top in terms of talent and sob story.
 
Astro sucks and I hope he is one of the 2 to go home this week. I just can't stand much more of him.
 
I appreciate what he has done for Rihanna but LA Reid should be fired. He is an unprofessional immature asshole. He is only acting that way because Simon gives Astro constructive criticism.

I dont even like Drew but its messed up what LA does everytime.
 
I thought Drew was given a raw deal. Voting her off had more to do with keeping Simon's ego in check than who performed better between Drew and Marcus. Drew clearly has much more talent, IMO.
 
Yeah that was dramatic...maybe a little bit over-dramatic. I think that Nicole should grow a pair, every week she looks to the other judges for what decision she should make. Marcus was good last night, but he has been in the bottom 2 a couple times now. Don't think America is trying to say something.

That song by Mary J. Blige - Is that her song or was she doing a cover?
 
I don't know why everyone is so mad at Nicole... She let the country decide and the country chose Marcus over Rachel. End of! Rachel has a nice voice and is a good singer for her young age and she really BROUGHT IT tonight, but she hasn't been that good week after week. Marcus doesn't have the best voice on the show and isn't the greatest singer, but he is a true entertainer and has had more appeal across the board than Rachel. I believe he can really GROW into a truly great artist/entertainer. I see the potential in him. I'm not sad to see Rachel go at all because she is so young and will have MANY oppurtunites to come to her. She'll probably get a nice gig with Disney AND a recording contract. She'll be alright, trust! Marcus needs the show moreso than Rachel...she'll prob be filming a musical next week, or signed with Disney, lol.....
 
I dont feel bad for that girl one bit. She's an entitled brat like most kids today.She's so young she has plenty of time to get a career in music. She needs to grow up first. Plus her voice will change as she gets older.

I feel bad for people like STacy Francis, who will like NEVER have an opportunity like this again.
