Yeah I agree! It was a total bore! The performances were horrible too. I barely watch MTV or BET. Both have gone down the tubes. I thought a music station was supposed to be about music. They barely play music anymore. Unless you stay up late at night like a crackhead. :mad: Vh1 at least has a good countdown and some ok programming but they don't play vids like they used to either. :(
 
MTV/Viacom could careless what anyone thinks about the VMA's, because this years show was up 23% from last year.

I was over MTV when I turned 14. Its quite ridiculous.
 
I think the last time I watched MTV was when Next was on. Whenever they have guy gays is always amusing. Shame they usually have queenies which is so bad. w/e MTV sucks. Hell, most of TV sucks now. One (or used to be) of my favorite channels G4, used to be all about video games. Now all I see is marathon runs of cheaters and ninja warrior. The only channels I will watch now are comedy central for south park and the stewart/colbert hour and sunday for simpsons/family guy on fox. Although...

I have recently become addicted to watching Nick GAS. Nothing is better then sitting back, drinking a beer and watching Legends of the Hidden Temple. If you were a child in the 90's, you know where it's at. Oh nostalgia. How we adore thee.
