Not gonna lie, I really hope that Eugene dies. He's a spineless weasel who totally deserves to be chow for a bunch of walkers (or killed by Rosita).

It's going to be a suspenseful episode and then we'll have to wait for months until the season continues... ](*,)

I hate when they go on hiatus mid season but it gives me time to watch Shameless...coems on at the same time:lol:

I dont' watch many show anymore so I hate it when they come on at the same time....so happy the invented ROKU

Ugh...I am glad they turned that around....if they did another Negan in charge thing at the end..I maybe have given it up finally....

I hope they turn Carl on Negan....
 
I have been shipping Carl meeting his maker for some time among friends who are fans now I feel conflicted. I don’t want him to go. Seth Gilliam gay since when? Never knew that.
 
I suppose I should be disappointed that they are getting rid of Carl since he's been on so long, but I'm not. I was kind of expecting something like this. In the comic there's a time jump of something like 5 or 6 years after the Negan arc, and we see Carl go from a tween in one issue to being 16/17 in the next. Since he's already in his midteens show-wise that would but him in his early 20s if they do the jump (and since they seem to be showing a grey haired Rick, an Alexandra covered in plants and an older Edith it seems like they will).
There's also the coming Whisperer's, which the colonies go to wear with, which was started pretty much because teen Carl and the leader of the Whisperer's teen daughter fall in love with each other. It makes me wonder how they'll do that now.
The last thing that I can think of them getting rid of Carl is that, in show, he's nearly old enough to take care of himself. For Rick a lot of it is keeping his kids safe. With Carl being grown up now Rick can focus on Edith since she's a small child. Carl seems to have outlived his purpose.

...but I have never heard one way of the other is Negan is dead when they show up or not? Do you know?

I don't mind losing Carl so much...I got used to him but in the past year I grew to like him more. It is odd seeing him with the bite...reminds me of the guy in Season 1 they left by the side of the road with the bite. You don't see the simple bite as a cause of death on TWD much anymore...and it is more dramatic IMO...

I really need Negan to die..quick. If he lives...he must leave Carol and Daryl alone....I'd like to see them both kill him though. I am tired of him.

I am also wondering..they can certainly take some people from Fear the Walking Dead and propel them into the future on TWD. I would love to see Morgan meet up with Madison....

I think Madison might be one of the best characters they have created. I am not sure if she is a sociopath or a brilliant star....makes her complelling to watch..

Dunno if this will spoil the show or not, as the show has gotten some rather large divergences from the comic, but in the comic Negan is still alive. Have no idea if he has any plans for Carol or Daryl though, since in the comic Daryl doesn't exist and Carol died waaaay before they ever came across Negan.
 
Well...I certainly didn't expect that last night....

I had to try watching it twice before I realized how bored I was...

I guess I could have missed something but even Carol..did the writers forget who she was?

Did someone who never heard of these characters write the episode last night?

The guy they killed...uh...did they forget he killed the kid for a stupid missing watermelon?

I would have taken his fucking head off and put it on a stick...
 
I actually really enjoyed it. The episode got back more to the human/emotional stories that the series is built on.
 
yeah so heartbreaking but I hope the next episode they will just move on
so bored watching all those tears for a long time
