Honestly, all they want is a fair say and for Rick not to keep secret any information that they have the right to know (ex that they're all infected). That's why they've started doubting him in the first place. Instead of reassuring them, he waves a gun around, admits to killing his friend and then tells them it's a dictatorship. lol
I like that Rick is stepping up and trying to assert himself but he needs to reel himself in or the group will lose the respect they have for him.
It's like Andrea was telling Shane. You can have good ideas but if you don't handle the situation with tact, people will only view you as a bully instead of a leader.
Anyway, I think the group is totally capable of handling themselves. It's not like they're doing amazing with Rick in charge, anyway. Just like with any group, somebody always steps up. Somebody would step up and take Rick's position if he were to be out of the picture. Honestly, I still don't even understand what makes him so much more qualified than the others? I love Rick but come on. *shrug*
