I was like damn!!! shocking!

we got 2 sides of Rick this episode
brutal killer like Shane and normal Rick with Lori at the end of the episode

Carol was a badass that made me nervous if that walker still alive
I think she was practising just in case Hershel couldnt do it due to his injury
and I think Hershel taught her a lil bit of medicine and surgery along the months

I hope 2 prisoners that still alive
the big black guy and the old one...
 
I was expecting Tomas to become part of the regular cast and become the new Shane to compete with Rick. Wrong. :cry:
It was funny watching the prisoners fight their first zombies without a clue.
Disappointing that Michonne got no airtime. Is she going to be a recurring character? Or is she just going to be an occasional gimmick?
"The Governor" appears next week, and the story appears to shift into high gear again.

Damn, looking back at the first episode, this show has advanced so much. ;_; So proud it's doing so well.
 
I kind of feel bad for shane and rick now. If shane saw how much of a badass Rick was they would both be whoopin out there together.


Although still the problem with Shane wanting carl and lori would be messy, but ya'll see what I'm saying

Damn, I didn't know that. Imagine how much it would have done for NBC, though? If it's getting 10 million viewers on Cable, imagine what it would get for NBC! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think any of NBC's shows are getting anywhere near 10 million. I don't know much about NBC shows besides Community, I'm more of a CBS man.
 
^^You're right! I've always hated Carol, but she's getting better. I'm enjoying her character development.

It was a bit much for me too. Mainly seem like they done it for some fans who complained about there not being enough killing but that was way over the top but I just turned away or closed my eyes until it was over. It's like I do with group fight scenes. If there is too much going on, its gets too hard to focus on who doing what and all u see is blades and blood going everywhere so I just wait until it dies down. Still enjoying the show though.

Sidenote, how did the walker who broke out of the cuffs, have the sense to stick the guy in the back. Its like they tried to make it seem like he was grabbing for him as oppose to him purposely sticking him in the back with his exposed bone. Not to mention, he was only reaching with that one hand and not using both...just struck me as odd. It was funny watching them when they first started to fight, they were just fighting like they would in a jail riot and as oppose to going for the head.

Then why the fuck are you watching a zombie drama? Of course there will be a lot of blood and guts.. it's what's realistic in a zombie apocalypse. This season is fucking AMAZING so far! A million times better than last season. The only beef I have with this season is that we don't have enough of Andrea.. it's like the writers just forgot her. I hope we get to see more of her in the next episode though!
 
There can never be too much blood and guts during the zombie apocalypse.
 
I just need to express how anxious I am about this Gov'nah. I don't want spoilers for the TV show or Comic but he is really talked about. He sounds like a villain that you always see welcoming the hero into his world but then the hero finds things that aren't okay but when the hero tries to speak out then the conflict starts.

I really want to know who is going to die. I love literally every character on the show now since Dale and Shane are dead (Lets not comment on Lori or Karl). I'd be okay with Maggie and Glenn dying. Just don't hurt mah Herschel.


Although I bet ya'll Herschel will be one of the two who dies in some scene where they have to escape quickly and he stays back to give them time to go. I bet you.

dude i've watched every episode in real time since it started

but it's been a kill fest this year - almost exclusively

with very little time for anything character related

i love zombies but random head splitting gets old fast

I also read that the creator said they will all die, but he has changed so much now we don't know.
