Or, at least, a small part of it was.

He was my neighbour. Lived in the rooming house next door just beyond our parking lot out back. Top floor.

He didn't own a trash can, or even a trash bag. When he wasn't taking a little vacation in the city jail, he just lived up there and chucked all his garbage out the window onto the roof, hoping it would go away all by itself:

Somebody must have saw me taking the picture. The trash was all cleaned up the next day. The house had been for sale for quite some time and was recently sold. I think the new owners were the ones to clean up the mess. (This photo was taken just a fortnight ago.)

Oh, and they evicted the guy, too. He was to move out at the end of March:

He moved out, but not before replenishing the trash pile:

Oh, and he didn't wash dishes, either. Amongst all the garbage were a number of dinner plates and bowls with spaghetti still stuck to them, silverware, drinking glasses, ashtrays. . . and lots and lots of empty microwavable Kraft Dinner containers.

He didn't like washing clothes, either. Easier to chuck them out the window than to wash them, I guess:

Sounds like a guy with a few mental problems. I hope he can be looked after.

-T.

I'm not certain 'disrespect' can be classified as a mental problem.

The guy just didn't give a shit (which, I believe, is probably about the only thing he didn't throw out the window).

Ugh...and I thought Ft. Simpson was a dump...where the frakk is that???

<----------------

Maybe he was insane and thought he was an emperor. Emperors don't have to clean up trash (that's everybody else's job), they just have to make it.

Is that it? Our old neighbours back yard was stacked six foot high with crap. You literally couldn't leave the windows open in the summer due to the stench from his pile of crap out back. Luckily we were only living there for a short while but I bet it's still the same today as it was years ago....

In a way,the thought of him throwing a bowl of pasta out the window is funny as hell.:lol:But then the after thought is he should get a kick in the ass and go to jail. What a slob.....

He did. For drugs.

Young people used to climb the tree you can see there, cross the roof, and climb through his window. . . even after he moved out.

Oh yes: somehow these pics remind me of Belgium. The same brick houses, the same run-down buildings, streets and garbage lying around. With the difference that in Belgium it looks like that on every corner.

Reminds me of one of my relatives who rent my mother's vacant house while waiting for their house's renovation to complete. When we got the house back, it was filthy with garbage and filth everywhere, including the attic's pipe.#-o

Sorry, Im a clean guy. I can't live in the house like that. So dirty
