^ This show is becoming a joke already and it just proved to us that Simon is only making a show that is fun to watch, no talent required, just some stupid jumping around then you can be on the show.

^ I forgot about this, is it me or the judges' votes always go to dead lock? To create dramas? It's not even fun or anything, just plain stupid and odd and really, I knew it would end up dead lock with Lucie leaving when Simon said they would forget about the past and vote based on the final showdown. This show is becoming predictable. Everyone knows that John & Edward will never win so what's the point of keeping them?

Felt like an off week for me, everyone except Olly was off par imo. Dunno, maybe I set my expectations too high after last weeks show. xD

Jamie was awful! He destroyed that song - I remember when Carrie Underwood sang it on American Idol... SO much better!

The only reason Olly wasn't off par was because he doesn't really have the bar set very high - all he needs to do is sing like Leon Jackson and shuffle his feet about the stage - he's seriously over-rated. Much like all of Simon's acts this year.

As soon as Simon said "this is a tough one" I thought well here we go. This should have been the easiest decision he's ever made on the X Factor and yet. . . surprisingly (or not if you're a cynic) it troubled Simon. Dannii was right when she said I thought this was a singing competition !

John and Edward are entertaining I won't deny that, but in a, 'what are they going to murder this week' sort of way, I think Simon is letting himself down by even entertaining the thought of keeping the twins over Lucie, and considering the papers have already hinted the show from the beginning has been fixed to better the twins this will only fuel the rumours.

If Simon is also so intent to have the public vote then why employ Cheryl, Dannii and Louis as their votes have meant nothing for the last two weeks when two strong singers (Rachel and Lucie) have been ditched for blonde blue eyed boy Lloyd (who I admit is fit but can't sing) and John and Edward who aren't fit and can't sing.

Yeah, it was too obvious that he is going to keep Jedward over Lucie and I could tell Lucie herself knew that too. I thought Jedward did well with a song that doesn't need a good vocal but she is still the winner to me. I know I will buy her CD if she is ever going to release one and I can't see any of Simon's acts doing well in the real business, Olly, maybe but he's been doing the same thing week over week. Danyl and Jamie will never be successful, quote me. Jamie has the rocker image but he is not a good singer, Danyl's got the voice to sing anything he wants but a pop star? No thanks.

Ive lost all respect for Simon after tonites vote, i was sure Jedward were gone as soon as they were in the bottom two. I really hope Simons acts are in the bottom two next week. Hes made the wrong decison now two weeks in a row. He obviously really likes them twins. He is such an annoying bastard this year.

Only after tonights vote? I lost respect for him as soon as this series live shows started. He turned into a right twat. And at least 2 of his acts don't deserve to be there. Olly seems to be alright - but he's not great. He's the only one I don't mind.

I think all of Simon's acts are up themselves though, and that bothers me, but it's only because Simon praises them to high heaven when they're really NOT that good.

I love Dannii, she seems to know what she is saying more than the other 3 idiots.

I think Danyl did a better job last night shouting less than he used to. Jamie has no vocal range what so ever. I thought if he was in bottom 2 with the twins, I wouldn't mind if the twins stayed because he is just as bad as the twins, at least the twins are younger and have brighter future, maybe??? But you see my point, I don't get Jamie's rockstar image but not singing like one.

The problem is though that this ISN'T Britain's Got Talent. This is actually a singing competition with a winning prize of a £1million album and recording contract. Jedward - who couldn't even hold a note if it was in a suitcase - winning, would make a mockery of the whole programme. Yes they are entertaining in a 'let's see if its possible to get even more annoyingly. irritatingly worse' kind of way, but the public clearly do not understand the dictionary definition of 'singer'.

Simon Cowell is already creating a TV vehicle for them as he believes that they DO have a future in entertainment. Unfortunately, if they win, he has to do the album with them as the contract ties them exclusively to the record label - and he would not be able to do a TV series for them until the contract expires after a year...

Win or lose - we will be seeing a lot more of the twins.

good thing the show is called X-Factor and not Britain's Best Singer. It's about the X-Factor - being entertaining and being a great singer isn't the same thing. I don't understand the hate ... Lucie get the least amount of votes. Blame the people for not voting enough for Lucie.
People here complained about the judge's save on American Idol and interfering with America's vote. Then people in England complain about the judges not stepping in and eliminating someone who didn't get the fewest votes. Weird. The twins have been for me very entertaining. I enjoyed every single one of their performances. They cannot sing well but at least they try (and are improving) and give a good show. The rest of them are boring. I know the twins won't win but I want to see them continue to perform on the show. They also seem like nice guys who have taken a lot of crap and heat just for going on the television show. Screw that. Jed we can!

I highly doubt they'll be that interesting once they're off the show. Face it, the only reason why people are paying attention is because they're on the telly.

I just can't get the point of keeping people that are interesting now but have absolutely no future and voting off people that can actually sing and can have a good future, if they are given more chances. Seriously, the twins haven't got much time left for them to improve, I do see improvement but how many weeks have we got left until grand finale? Do you really think they can be as good as other competitors by then?
