Apparently, I get the Tin Ear Award (again). Four of my friends have approached me this week telling me how utterly incredible this group is. Two unrelated guys said they literally listen to the album from start to finish, from the second they wake up until they go to sleep - IT'S THAT GOOD. Guess i'll be on the sidelines for this one, too.

i love this band! i've been raving about them to anyone that will listen. totally understated, extremely sexy music. it's a shame because alot of people will write them off just becaus eof how much hype they're receiving. check out the song "VCR" too

Those busy boys and girls who make up The xx have released another great remix.

This time round it’s a remix of a cover featuring new vocals, get that?

‘You Got The Love’ was originally a hit for The Source and Candi Staton back in 1991.

Florence & The Machine covered the track for her debut album ‘Lungs’ and regularly performs it at concerts.

Now The xx have remixed the track and added their own vocals along side Florence’s.

i don't like them as much as everyone else seems to... kind of bores me & i can't decide if the fact that they just use a drum machine is impressive or lame.
