No such thing as a "white" wizard. Magic is unaligned, it's only what you do with it. Fire is fire, whether it kills zombies, or babies, or stops another fire.

And Jesus was definitely still in control of his faculties post resurrection, so the zombie theory doesn't work. I think what's more likely is that he ascended through death, and gained some form of immortality, like a planeswalker.

The Academy is a particularly special case and does not reflect the AF as a whole though it is supposed to which is why it falls under such a microscope for what happens there.
