No Animated GIFs Things About Other Peoples Houses...That Piss You Off?

Weird smells.

People with 15,000 BTU air conditioners that don't understand thermostats. They crank their units up to full blast and wait until you can see your own breath, then turn it off until it gets too hot.

People who hang art exhibition posters in the same room as framed art from WalMart.

No pets.

Weird smells.

Better avoid going to Vannie's on stuffed cabbage night!

You'd hate my place. Although part of me would like something furry or scaly for some companionship. But I don't feel comfortable making the commitment with my finances the way they are. Or that I barely can take of myself some days, let alone a poor, innocent creature.

I try to avoid getting pissed off. Other people's houses are for them, and what they do is not my concern.

Although I was a bit aggravated when I used a lavatory once and had a hell of a time figuring out how to wash my hands. Finally, I figured out that the weird modern setup was a sink.

Then, I recently saw some photos of my grandmother's house. One thing that wowed me was the woodwork in one room, and I wondered why I never noticed that when I was a teenager? Then, I realized it probably had a lot to do with her paint color choices that didn't allow the woodwork to shine the way it does with the current paint.

It's not even that expensive. I put mine in for just under $40. The cost of all the big industrial padlocks is what kills you.
Sorry. I was talking about the bookcases.

me personally? I hate a doily....

Drinking glasses kept upside down in the cabinet.

Were they 100% dry when you put them there? Do you ever clean the shelf they are kept on?

I might agree that it is their home to have as they like, except;

They don't need service for 24 in an enormous lighted china cabinet designed specifically to display in a room with a matching 12 foot table and 10 chairs. Not for only them.

They don't need a 20 foot long sectional couch and 5 occasional chairs circling a 5 foot diameter coffee table. Not for only them.

No, most people set up a house/flat primarily for entertaining.

Well, if they are going to insist on entertaining me, they need to have some consideration for my comfort/needs.

I alternate drinking glasses upside down and correct side up in my cabinets. I find they arrange better on the shelf; and, one can fit more per shelf than if all were stacked correct side up, since most glasses are wider at the top than on the bottom.

now one of those I could go for....lol

Here you go then.

/\ Surely the little penis cozy on her head would go missing.

Nothing about other peoples house has pissed me off. Some have bad taste and others not my style.
