Yeah, pretty much. I have an actually nice shirt I wore to the store a couple of weeks ago draped over the back of a chair in the bedroom. I had it on for an hour, it's not dirty. Shorts seem to stay clean enough for several wearings.
Looking in my laundry basket, other than a couple of bath towels, I have a pair of shorts and three tank tops. Since early May. :)

that sounds like short comings.
 
when cooking instructions say shit like "cook for 12-35 minutes." ummm, excuse the fuck out of me? if it's cooked at 12 then it's burnt to a crisp at 35, if it's cooked at 35 it's undercooked at 12. And I'm only barely exaggerating the differential I've seen on some packaging.
 
Perhaps the amount matters. I vac-packed some french fries yesterday. By the directions, a full cookie sheet takes longer than 2/3rds full sheet.
