80s alternative bands. Most notably the Smiths, the Cure and New Order. I thought they were annoying and pretentious as hell in the 80s, but I grew to love them in the 90s.

I wouldn't say "hate" here, butbI used to be pretty picky about a guy's body type. If you weren't a very particular type, I'd never give you a first look, let alone a sexond. But my tastes have broadened dramatically as I've grown older. I've been turned on by younger guys, older men, hairy, smooth, fat, skinny, dark, light, you name it. I still need a guy to have a compatible personality (eg, if you can't laugh, I ain't interested) but the "packaging" a guy comes in is no longer that big a deal.
