Has anyone ever done this? does it hurt alot? Is it gonna be red or irriatated afterwards? Reason I ask is because im thinking of doing a strip contest tonight.
 
One thing is sure DONT DO IT A DAY BEFORE YOUR SHOW... :)

I've never done it, but I knew a guy who did it.. :) it took him 5-6 days to 'recover'.....
 
i've done it once. it was ALRIGHT. wouldnt do it again though. the reason I did it was because my ex requested it....lol. but i made him do it too
 
just make sure you exfoliate, DONT put any moisturiser of any kind on it until at least 24 hours after its been done (this includes any kind of oil too) the pores will be open right after and if you clog them then you may end up with one or two nasty ingrowing hairs.

hhmmm how long you take to "recover" will depend on how sensative the skin is, if your allergic to anything etc...

but I would have said 48 hours at most.

(maybe try a hair remover cream just this once and use wax in future?)
 
nah...id just leave it...some guys like a hairy bum...some guys like a smooth one....even on strippers

shaving irritates aswell, also something its probably best not to do unless its 24 hours before hand.

cant you leave it?
 
I used Barbasol For Sensative Skin and Bic Disposable Razors for Sensative Skin ... NO Rashes or Irritation .... wait a couple of hours and wash well again and apply a lotion with aloe .... = NO PROBLEMS for Me ...
 
Dont bend over. That way no one will ever notice you have bum hair and save u the pain of waxing!
 
I waxed a BF's butt, and I think it took only a couple of days for the redness to go away. It's a bit like a sunburn. I would never shave for fear of cutting. You can use a depilatory like Black Magic, which you mix into a paste, leave on for a couple of minutes, and then rinse or scrape off. You have to be standing in a shower or tub when you do it - it's a bit messy but very effective.
 
Lemon Pledge is good, but for a really great long-lasting shine, use Turtle Wax.
