10. He's ALWAYS there when you're there.

11. He's ALWAYS there before you get there.

12. He's STILL there when you leave.

13. He's never been overtly unfriendly, but you're invisible.

14. You NEVER see him anywhere else but there.

15. He never gets drunk but always seems to have a beer.

16. You never see him in the bathroom.

I thoroughly approve of that decision. One can never have enough room for mincing about on the dance floor, strutting one's stuff to Madonna and Kylie.

Anyway I suspect that the guys who wanted a pool table aren't remotely interested in actually playing, they just want to pose about near the table pretending that they like sport. Although I hardly think it's fair of me to use the term 'sport' where pool is concerned. If they wanted to really impress the mincing dance-floor strutters they should ask for a rugby pitch instead of a pool table.
