Just what's in the picture, I think. But that white rug....seems a bad, bad idea. And I don't believe I'd trust someone else to clean the toys & furniture, either. Just cuz the house is pricey doesn't mean there's nothing lurking from whoever rented the place last, the 'we'll clean this for you' be damned. There's a level of trust needed there that I just don't have, particularly for the toys and their materials.

I'd happily take he larger bits of furniture off their hands though.

Also, I think the lighting is ugly.
 
And it's in the North Penn school district. Not my favorite - I think the high school is too crowded - but highly regarded by lots of people.

True. Also, none of the rooms appear to have any pictures on the walls or to contain books and the furniture is arranged at weird angles. Looks like a set up. I doubt anyone actually lives there.

I don't think they do. They're renting it on Airbnb until they sell it.
