If he's really your best friend, then a honest conversation is the best way to approach it. Say something along the lines of, "hey you're by BF, and I think you are a good looking man." Let the conversation flow from there...like BW92116 said, this guys knows you. Somewhere in the conversation work in the comment that you would like to blow him...explain that it would be safe than blowing a complete stranger, your relationship is strong enough to handle it (if it actually is) and see what he says. Even if the answer is no, the seed will be planted in his head. Good luck!
