Personally, I prefer pics of hot guys with some clothes on. Shirt off is good of course, but some shorts or underwear or something... leaves something to the imagination and makes it hotter for me.

When do I really think "THIS is why I like guys"? When I hear a friend's girlfriend/wife screaming with some high pitched squeal because of something stupid. Ya won't see my boyfriend doing that crap! Hahaha
