Last week, I posted about some houseplants I'd rooted, potted, and set out by the sidewalk for people to take.

I had to go to the grocery store today, even though I didn't feel like it, and checked my mailbox on the way out. I spotted something at the bottom and managed to get my hand in far enough to catch it with my fingertips.

This is was I pulled out:
