if its possible to find a store that sells books on sexuality, go to the straight section (which is ALWAYS bigger than the gay section) and there will undoubtedly be books that teach women how to give head. i literally learned everything i know about head from a handful of books. the most important part is that these books explain the physiology of the penis, you learn the names of each part (yes there are more parts to a penis than head and shaft) and specifically learn how to entice each part
