I'll say New Furniture. It would be great to have a beautiful antique, but with new furniture you can select what you want, and choose something functional. An antique either won't match what you have in the room, or will dictate the decor. Plus, it's not likely to be what you really need, and you would be limited in what you can do with it because you need to keep up the value.
