I would have said dinner until recently. Now I usually try to eat a good breakfast and a full lunch. These days dinner is usually a snack. I'll say breakfast.

Somewhere in between, I guess, probably about medium or medium-well. I certainly don't like steaks that are so bloody that it makes me feel like a wild animal on a fresh kill, but I don't like them burned so much that all that's left is carbon, either.

No Tattoos. If you must have tattoos, be very sparing with them. I find it very distasteful when somebody had more ink on their skin than a road map.

Ouch! I'd like to say the USA, but right now I just don't know. I'm afraid we're on the verge of an authoritarian takeover, and we've got a real shitshow going on. From a distance it looks like Canada has its problems, but it doesn't appear to be spinning out of control like the USA right now.
