This site is white biased in porn/images

Personally, I'd like to see more Mexican guys when I visit this site. Mexican guys are hot.

Oh yeah, and more Puerto Ricans, too. Egyptians are scorchin', as well. In fact, Middle Easterners of whichever nationality are generally hot (I guess it's 'cause of all that sunlight and heat over there). And Indians. And quite a few Native Americans. Yeah, and black guys too. Oh yeah, and mixed guys.

I reserve my prerogative to expand this list later.
 
I don't think this thread was really meant to develop or give a moral lesson of any sort, as threads like these more often than not are not meant too much for such.

I will say, however, that any futility that does comes into the thread would cause me to wonder at least a little if a nerve of guilt for some subtle racism is provoked in those who try to ugly up the thread. (Obviously, an innocent question like in the OP was not meant to "create noise." The "noise", rather, was created by those who accuse him of such, see? ;))

some people are immune to those 'nerves of guilt'.
Just like all those others are immune to those 'nerves of guilt' promoted by all those Christians.
 
My point is simply that I would normally suspect at least a little that those who try to trash an otherwise decent thread like this might have such a nerve provoked. The topic was not meant to accuse anyone of racism, but it seems intuitively to me that some have interpretted it that way and responded nonsensically to it as a form of sarcasm because of it.

I see the problem with this futile thread is that it's complaining about a commercial enterprise whose primary function is taking dollars and not pleasing minorities.

And people like me are tired of other people telling me to feel guilty

I certainly will not be adding anything to this thread that hasn't been mentioned already, but I think the issue is much bigger than a few explanations and more to do with the American psyche over generations. The OP asks why the site is biased but the truth is that it really isn't the site, in the sense that the JUB has the intention of being biased. JUB, in my humble opinion, is a product of the people it serves. If Black, Hispanic, or Asian porn were all the rage then we'd see a lot more of it. Simple as that.

Have you gone into pic forums that say "Show your ass", "Who likes daddies?", or "RIM JOB PICS!". None of these threads have any racial specifications in their subject lines, but the majority of the pictures in these threads are pictures of white men that the users posted. That has nothing to do with the site. If the demand for Indian images was so high then these threads would have the same plethora of images of Indian men as it does the White man.

So I just went to the video section, just to see what it's like and there is a Black, Asian, and Hispanic category (as well as others). Over 2,000 vids for Black porn. I mean JUB certainly isn't hiding this stuff. Sure it falls under the 'niche' porn but it's there and it's readily available for those interested.

Anyway, just my two cents.

I think you misunderstood.. I was pointing out that just because the majority of a population is white doesn't mean that that majority is exclusively attracted to white's, myself included. I would like to see more diversity in porn (especially without all the stereotyping). I was supporting that side of the argument, so I'm not entirely sure why you're arguing against me or trying to make some point.



And what do you mean by "one like yourself".
 
I sadly find myself agreeing with the naysayers in this thread, but often for the wrong reasons.

Some of the naysayers here I feel are coming from a place of cozy majority indifference and condescension to plights that are not visible derivatives of their own.

It'd be/is wrong if/when this racial image exclusivity mess gets personal, but the flesh wants what the flesh wants (within reason). I understand how some races can feel out of place/underrepresented, they ARE underrepresented (and out of place at times), but for Christ's sake, we're being underrepresented in PORN!!!

Somebody, hopefully on this thread, said that it's for the better that blacks aren't heavily featured in porn here, because blacks in porn are readily subject to the pangs of exotification. If you don't believe me, scroll up a few adds. You'll see that shit. I agree.

Often in the struggle for equality, marginalized groups can get so DAMN superficial. They measure their progress in terms of the acceptance of their "beauty" and "fabulousness" and "uniqueness". Face it, not everybody can be beautiful, fabulous and unique, and that shit don't put a crumb of bread on the table.

Fine! Call my ugly ass ugly. Don't pay any interest to my cultural anecdotes, but dammit, your ass better treat me like some kinda human being and give me an equal chance at employment.

What I'm still finding a bit amusing is an undercurrent of Americans expecting, or debating, how the site is supposed to be relevant or representative to them as Americans and what they see in their communities, or what they experience as minorities within their American communities.

You don't even have to go all "globalist"...Just recognising the scope of the audience for this site as being English-speakers, instead of just Americans, it changes the equation completely for what constitutes "representativeness."

I grew up in a town that was predominantly white and most of the kids wanted to be dark. Unfortunately, they ended up being bright red or bright orange 1 week into summer vacation :P

I like white guys, but I also like guys of color. Unfortunately, porn with white models tends to be what's high in demand. I do celebrate when a model who has a mixed race, or another race does appear, though. Let's just hope that those sites update more :)
