Growing up I was obsessed with Greek and Roman statues of gods, heroes and athletes and decided I would look like them. When I was ten or eleven or so I remember studying pictures of, say, the Discobolus or Doryphoros and saw that my penis--which had grown in size while looking at the pictures--was larger than those of these idealized figures. Innocent that I was, I wondered if there might be something wrong that my penis was so much larger. I never questioned why it would grow larger when I looked at the pictures.

In the ancient world, I believe barbarians were considered to have large penises. When the Greeks and Romans portrayed their own men therefore, they showed them with small (or even under-sized penises) to indicate their civilisation.

Priapus was a Roman god that they used as a garden gnome. If either a woman or a boy tried to steal something Priapus would either fuck or sodomize them with his gigantic cock.
