Just watched Ex-machina..another superb movie

I can't shake the homo-erotic tension between Nathan (employer) and Caleb (employee)

Gosh..the thing I would do to my boss in secluded place..

But alas.. I just got played on my mind, they're seriously just acquaintances..well, Nathan is open himself to bond with Caleb if he will..Nathan after all, a lonely/ drunk mad scientist No, no homoerotic scene whatsoever..they're basically really serious to each other.

The real attraction, of course..like anyone can guess, it's in between Caleb (the socially awkward and naive geek) and AVA- the robot.

In the end of movie..I just realize what a DUMB gay animal I was!! This movie seriously flirting with my homo-erotic sense..

and I always fail..like you too with every attractive male person (gay or not?) who's happen to be your type. Your sense might overwhelm you, he might just giving you 5% positive response but you think ..it's already meaningful..

The other funky thing, I realize that I really fail to understand that Caleb actually really attracted with Ava ..in close- separated- no touching environment..I can't read their attraction, genuinely. Perhaps it's what separate us as "straight" vs. "gay" animals..that our sense totally wired differently.

Pushing boundary as deconstructing former rule is necessary for a grow..but people should differentiate between .. being innovative vs. by carelessly ignorant, pushing personal ego. Drew is pretty much the second option of that.

Drew is..fail...because his stutter is detrimental for his comic. It's. The. Way. It. Is.. he can be on that plateau of comedy but never goes too far.

But just be realistic..
