I have an awesome roommate yet I hate when she's home
I hate playing third or fifth wheel when out with all of my coupled friends
I'm shifting to a new company, so work life will be getting exciting again!

1: Discovered that the cat is 13yrs old. He is sitting peacefully on my lap whilst I type.

2: I am not working tonight and apart from watering plants, laundry and cooking a meal I have nothing planned.

3: I am not working tomorrow either. I will spend tonight planning something to do.

I'm hoping to get a phone call tomorrow from a guy in town who may find some morels (exquisitely-delicious mushrooms) that he can sell to me - the weather has cooperated this week.

I really like St. John's, Newfoundland. (Their climate totally sucks, though...)

My lawn was mowed yesterday.

I'm listening to a radio show that's talking about eyeglasses and optometry.

I might play my Scissor Sisters CD in a little while.

Three current things about me are..

1. I think I broke my toe the other week but I won't go to the doc because I don't have health insurance right now, and it seems to be a little better now that a week has passed. =)

2. I have a bunch of stuff that I need/want to do but I keep procrastinating for no good reason.

3. Oh and I need a boyfriend but I'm really picky and nobody has struck my fancy recently.

1.) i've been living in the US for 12 years, yet i still can't get permanent residency (thanks to a stupid rule that my parents' petition is null when i turn 21 even if it's in process)
