A gun would have not helped him when he was jumped by three different people in a surprise attack.

It might not have,but it couldn't have hurt..Especially when you're being attacked by 3 people..I have a .9mm that has a 17 round capacity..It would have been more than enough to take care of all three of them..Even my 5 shot .357 snub would have done the trick..

The best way is to understand and know your surroundings.

What makes you think he doesn't? How do you know the guy wasn't born and raised in that shithole? Understanding your surroundings is all the more reason to be armed..Especially when you live in a place where you may be attacked because some thug who walks around with his ass hanging out thinks you deserve to be attacked because you're wearing clothes that fit.

I don't give a shit about anyone that would attack me like that.If I have the means and the opportunity to defend myself to END THE ATTACK,I would not hesitate for a moment to shoot them.I do have a concealed carry and it'd be foolish not to use the weapon to defend yourself at a time like that.

There'd be no tears shed by me if they die because of it..They provoked the attack and deserve what ever they get back to stop it.Including lethal force. No crying in baseball.

At no point in the attack was there a moment where he could have pulled a gun and used it. Had he tried to do so, chances are he would have been beaten to death rather than just beaten. Furthermore, if moronic street thugs like this had an expectation that people might be carrying a concealed weapon, chances are they would also be carrying (legally or otherwise) and would be more likely to just shoot their victim dead rather than risk being shot by beating him up.

No. Often crimes like these can be random... even if the person is gay or not. I've seen it happen before. People just randomly attacking others. You can be skeptical, but knowing the streets I can tell you the video seems very authentic and real.

I am surprized this happened in Atlanta. I thought that was the black gay capital and that gays can be who they are and not worry about anyone because in New York noone cares and you can be you.


I am thinking the reason why the guy hasn't reported it was because he knew he had the beating coming. I think he had an intimate encounter with the main attacker but he told one of his girlfriends about it when the main attacker said noone can ever know about what we did. It was odd that they were waiting for him and cameras ready. This was a planned attack and they knew each other. This is why one of the guys stole his cell phone so he could delete the video footage of the sex acts from it. If you watch the second surveillance video after he stole the cell phone he ran off faster than a Usain Bolt 100m. There was no need for that guy to run off after he stole the cell phone. He could have pocketed the phone and continued the beatdown. Retrieval of the cell phone was the main objective but they masked it. You can tell it was orchestrated because if you look closely at the video they were barely connecting blows. He was not getting hit that hard and the kicks were powder puff and the tire was just placed on him. The only time anything really connected was the initial blow and that was so the cellphone could be knocked out of his hand so the other guy could pick it up.

He wasnt even trying to fight back and thats a sign that he knew he had it coming. He had many chances to fight back and or run away but he took his punishment and that is why he has not reported the incident because he knew he messed up.


Thug c0ck is awesome but it has its consequences. Some people cant handle thug loving and they let it get to their heads. There is a code when you mess with thugs and he clearly violated it.

I'm 45 years old and never heard of anyone I know having their gun taken from them in an assault..I know at least a few people myself included, that have used guns to prevent themselves from being a victim.No one was ever dis-armed. My own father shot someone back when I was a kid.No one rushed him to grab his gun.
